I went to the white house live feed at earthtv on YT and now all of sudden the screen record doesn’t want to start. I just wanted to record that red cloud that hovers over the White House every night. Please fix. I push record but then it automatically stops recording when I tap the screen to change tabs.

I frequently use du recorder to record videos for YouTube or just for funny moments because my regular photos cannot take that much time in videos due to storage on my iPad and it stays on the loading screen no matter how many times I try to delete and download the app.

How to fix DU Recorder app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DU Recorder app on iPhone
Update DU Recorder app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DU Recorder iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DU Recorder on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DU Recorder network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DU Recorder Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DU Recorder not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DU Recorder App
1. On android, goto Settings » DU Recorder » click [Force Stop]

Update DU Recorder to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DU Recorder App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DU Recorder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DU Recorder.

Fix DU Recorder unable to contact server/ DU Recorder internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DU Recorder » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DU Recorder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DU Recorder
