I love GottmanCardDecks! I have been seeing someone very special to me and I find it very helpful. My only suggestion would be to make the cards shareable with your partner via text and a place so you can enter their answers so you can reference them time to time.

These cards have a way of prompting conversations and sharing information one might not know about one another, even after 25 years together. Helps me learn a lot about my partner as well as myself.

I really like GottmanCardDecks , especially that it’s free. I recently bought the marriage card pack and would like to have the option to buy it on GottmanCardDecks . Or if buying the physical pack came with the pack added to GottmanCardDecks as bonus content that’d be cool too.

Sometimes you just need a cue card to move you in a direction to help deepen the connection you both want. Gottman is regarded as one of (if not the most) well-researched marriage expert(s). The decks are simple in concept (sex questions, building love maps, expressing needs, communicating emotions, etc.), which can make it seem simplistic on the surface, but this is how connection is built, in the small moments of turning towards one another. I highly recommend you uses these with your partner for enriching your communication and connectedness. You won’t regret it.

We’ve been married (happily) for 37 years and just discovered Gottman’s decks. We love them. The questions and prompts enhance connection regardless of how long you’ve been together or how well you think you know your spouse ❤️.

SUCH great suggestions and talking points with your significant other and even other relationships in your life.

Suggestion: Option to view several cards at once (scrolling like IG) or several cards without scrolling. Sometimes I like to have the deck open when I’m on the phone so it would be helpful to see several cards at once, as opposed to swiping 5+ times to see the card you want.

This is such an awesome app!!!! The Gottman Institute is already an incredible resource but GottmanCardDecks makes their relationship building skills even more accessible. Use this as a professional therapist to reinforce couples' counseling sessions. Use this as a partner in a relationship to gain communication and closeness. This is just great!

This has been such a useful tool for our relationship. Almost every card is open ended and gives a reminder to be respectful and non-judgemental. Great for new couples, long term relationships, same sex couples, opposite sex couples, young, old, everyone who loves their partner and wants to be closer.

Great app if you’re working on improving your communication skills. GottmanCardDecks covers a lot of ground and I try to review it daily.

What I’d like added is perhaps ways the user could add their own cards with phrases and see a deck on encouraging words and phrases to use.

Otherwise, this is a great app that I’ll recommend to others.

My husband and I used GottmanCardDecks for the love maps deck at the suggestion of one of our friends, and it did wonders the first time we used it. Absolutely awesome and a very fun and lighthearted way to get connected with each other! I would recommend for everyone.

The Gottmans have great easy to use tools for couples. I was so excited to see they now have all their card decks for free. I have the game and a couple card decks and love GottmanCardDecks since I don’t travel with the cards. This is a great way to connect and communicate wherever you are. Love GottmanCardDecks. My fiancé calls this the talking game and it’s one of our favorite conversations starters.
