How do you create an account?

We swapped out our original device as it continually needed to be reset. The new one was put in and it’s even worse!! The range is roughly 5 feet on a good day. No one from customer service answers any of our questions. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Using latest version of iOS software and app on iPhone XR and every time it says app it out of date. I have no problems on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. My other employees have issues on iOS as well.

MasterLockVaultEnterprise is the worst. It crashes literally Every Time. It takes an extra 15 min to do anything because of MasterLockVaultEnterprise.

Have not been able to make this transition to the new app. We have over 30 locks. Haven’t been able to reach anyone at Master Lock to help.

Current Version Crashing after opening app. Can’t even open lockbox. This wasn’t the case on regular padlock or keybox

I keep getting logged out.

Our business has been using MasterLockVaultEnterprise for about a year now, with about 200 users. We love how easy it is to manage users. However, we are terrified of app updates. Instead of a clear message telling the user to update, it just kicks you out or stops working. The “fixed” range from updating and logging back in to having to uninstall and reinstall MasterLockVaultEnterprise , depending on the phone (android vs iphone) and who knows what else. PLEASE make it clear to users when they need to update and test before you release. Thank you.

Would like to see user access granted to an individual phone and not just a user account. I created a user account and logged in on two phones at the same time. Employees can give out there credentials to someone and they can both open locks. Could go in detected until caught by an administrator.

The first master lock app was much easier, telephone numbers were way easier. The Vault app is much more difficult to use, starting with the set up. Emails are more difficult and having to enter them in was time consuming. The lock itself is great and once MasterLockVaultEnterprise is set up it works great. It is getting to that point that is a pain.

Crashes very often. Fix that and I’m good

Fine app but it would be better if it have the ability to change locations or organizations.

Despite some locks giving out and the locking history is not reliable, I still couldn't maintain this many padlocks without Bluetooth

Would like it to go faster. And have a watch app as well.

This is an awesome lock and invention and easy to use but one thing would be nice is a smartwatch/Apple Watch app for it

We are using these locks at work. We just purchased a new 4400 and the set-up was so easy. You just enter the Activation code and the Device ID into MasterLockVaultEnterprise and boom it’s set-up. I just then edited the lock and changed the name. So simple!

I am impressed with the functionality of MasterLockVaultEnterprise and it is definitely serving its purpose along with the lock box.

Helps me and my employees so much with our business!!

10 out 10 would definetly invest in locks like these

I like this lock box because the code changes I’d like it to change more frequently than every four hours, but it works for me.
