How to fix Superlocal app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Superlocal app on iPhone
Update Superlocal app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Superlocal iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Superlocal on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Superlocal network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Superlocal Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Superlocal not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Superlocal App
1. On android, goto Settings » Superlocal » click [Force Stop]

Update Superlocal to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Superlocal App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Superlocal » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Superlocal.

Fix Superlocal unable to contact server/ Superlocal internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Superlocal » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Superlocal » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Superlocal
