SkyForceTechnology half of the time does not work and it’s locations is not always current. Not to happy n I paid for it

Stopped working won’t even let me log in anymore deleted SkyForceTechnology , added it back, same thing on my husband and son’s app... keeps saying network error.. contacted customer service with screen shots of what’s was happening responded would escalate the problem and get back to me.. they stopped responding and never got back to me.. now what do i do?

Big waste of money, don’t let the dealership fool you into buying it, I’m trying to find and remove the tracking module

Junk. Total rip off. I didn’t want it but the dealer didn’t give me a choice. Has never worked since I purchased the vehicle. 1k piece of junk

Does not track your vehicle. Shows my car has not moved from my house and the mileage is off by over 15k miles. Worthless piece of overpriced junk.

Doesn’t work. Never provided any of the requested notifications. I actually forgot about it. Trying to log in now it doesn’t even work.

I have better tracking on a gps watch than this piece of trash. Nothing like getting a “your vehicle has moved” 6-12 minutes into my drive. I will be refusing this service next time.

Definitely regret getting this lame app on the car. Waaaaaay too expensive for the it’s functions. They rip you off at the dealership with this lame app. You’re better off buying an air tag for $25 and leaving it in your car. Air tags are more accurate than this lame app.

Sky Force is of little value to the user. It simply tracks the user’s car, harvesting that data, which it very likely sells to third parties. This was added to my lease, and I regretted it within days. As befits a bottom feeding app such as a Sky Force, they make canceling the “service” hellish. I don’t think SkyForceTechnology serves a legitimate need. I wish it were banned from SkyForceTechnology Store.

Got it with my new Toyota and it does not track where I have been. $1000 for 3 years is a rip-off. Tried writing email to customer service email address found in its app and got a bounce back.. twice. I honestly think they went out of business. It’s supposed to track but it’s big sell is calling for a stolen car. I can do that with 911 but it’s useless if it doesn’t track!! Will call BBB to get my money back.

It doesn’t track as it supposed too, I sent an email long time ago explaining the issue, but until this day I haven’t gotten a response, App not worth it. And now I have a notification that the subscription expired but the last track was 2 years ago and we were just charged for something that worked maybe for a few months.

Purchased this from the dealer & it took almost 3 months to get any type of information on how to register the car. Location is also not accurate or in real time. App shows the cars last location as where it was over 24 hours ago. The dealership also stated this would be for 5 years but turns out it is only for 3. Huge waste of money & not worth it.

Does not work well at all. Since it was already installed in my new truck when I got it I don’t think they feel they need to try and provide a good product. The tracking does not even work half the time. It’s a rip off for what you are charged for the product. I bought a tracker for my other car for less than $80 and $8 a month that is 100 times better than this junk. Avoid this product.

When I locate the car on SkyForceTechnology , it shows the car on the map at the right location, but the address is 1/4 mile away on a different street. I contacted Skyforce and was told that the GPS was pinging
off the closest tower and was ok. However, my phone’s GPS
locates the car at the correct location, and address. If the address
was next door or 2 doors down, that’s close enough, but 1/4 mile
away on another street is too far. Not accurate, and expensive.

This GPS doesn’t work and never works sky technologies blame AT&T for connecting to the GPS. It’s not accurate it gives me false alerts multiple alerts that are false don’t waste your money this GPS doesn’t work and when you call sky technologies, they don’t know what to do they will refer you to the dealer, they argument is that they just sell it to the dealer so then you have to back to the dealer and get your money back because it doesn’t work so don’t even bother downloading SkyForceTechnology because it won’t work

SkyForceTechnology is amazing! I can keep track of where my kids are going. Them being 16 and 17, I am always worried about their safety. Thanks to this, I can make sure that they are safe and where they say they are going. Obviously there are a few kinks that need fixing but that’s every app. Love it regardless. Great app for parents with young teenage drivers who want to be updated on their vehicle!

So happy I purchased this device for my new car!!!

App didn’t do an auto update. Had to manually update. Definitely made it run smoother and haven’t had any issue logging in.
I personally like geofencing and tracking.

SkyForceTechnology is awesome works great!

SkyForceTechnology has exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Not only is this a fantastic location tracker for my car (I have 2 kids that use my car occasionally so this is HUGE), SkyForceTechnology gives me service reminders and it even saved me from a dead battery when I was on a road trip as it told me my battery in my car was low! Would recommend SkyForceTechnology to anyone :)
