I’m not sure about the other reviews but I must say I’m not happy with Upwards at all. I just wanted to get in touch with a in home daycare by my work and had to do all these phone calls and text messages just so they collect the data for an app I won’t even probably use since I can’t get into the daycare. Waste of time. I wish I could’ve just call straight the place and get in touch with them without having this fake concierge service that is only used for data collection. I also don’t agree with having my kids pictures on some cloud on all these apps that appear and disappear daily. I would rather have the teacher send me the pics straight to my personal phone and not on these apps. I truly don’t see the point of it, it’s way easier to call straight the place and have the information on their website with schedules and all they offer than expect them to call you back and only collect data from you. Weird. I’m sure the in home daycares are loosing revenue and clients by just relying on Upwards when I could give them a call and check out the facility without this much trouble.

I was so excited to install this and get going once I had decided to begin this business head on, but there is zero accessibility to anything on Upwards once you fulfill your end of the deal and upload all the required videos and bio to show off your home. I reached out to my “mentor” to see if I could begin to have access to all the supposed features and didn’t hear back for a couple days. When I did receive a reply, she assured me an answer to my questions the very next day. It’s been a week with no response again. I’ll be uninstalling this now. 👎🏻 Bummer, I was excited.

When I first started communicating with them they were super friendly replying at any time until I got the First enrollment breakdown with a list of prices nothing like it mentioned online extra fees for 1st time $25 un refundable and to top it all transactions fees on every week payment of $23 when I questioned about the fees I got no answer and immediately charged my credit card 2 weeks of care and Ofcourse no answer yet , I was a little suspicious when I read all the reviews about Upwards but I did fall into this spam - do not use Upwards and save your money - it cost me $600 for 2 weeks 3 days a week ! However the daycare it self was very nice and highly recommended but unfortunately I had to remove my sone because of this unprofessional company - there is tones of places where you can directly deal with the day care and avoid extra $$$ for no reason

Horrible app. What I hate most about Upwards is how there are many job listings posted and when I go to message/ apply I’m directed to the same “this app parent support team” which I hear nothing back from at all . I really should be able to contact the parents directly. Or at least be directed to a single agent . Even on other rare job listings where there is a linked “agent”. He/she never responds or I receive the same automated response of “we’ll get back to you” etc. Waste of time and money for background check. Take your listings and experience elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!

I went to WeeCare hoping it would be a pleasant experience. I WAS DEAD WRONG. The first week, they took out multiple payments, and did not tell me about it. I asked about the multiple payments and was told that I needed to pay two payments up front. They never told me about it. They just took it. Then, upon unenrolling, I called to be sure I was taken off their billing list to ensure I didn’t get money taken yet again, and was told I was taken off the list. Monday morning I wake up with $0.00 in my bank account. (Luckily my savings soaked up the negative in my checking acct). I contacted WeeCare, outraged because I live paycheck to paycheck. And a missing $300 is not an issue I can readily pay for unless I’m warned ahead of time. They told me I would have to wait until my bank can process it, and they would issue a refund that day. So by Wednesday I should have my money back. RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY CLEAR. THEY DO NOT CARE ABIUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

If you're in the Navy and may need a few weeks without daycare because your child is staying with someone while you go underway you will still be required to pay your full tuition.
If you take the leave you've desperately saved up to go home to see family and let them meet your child for the first time, like me, you will still be required to pay full tuition.
If you're on convalescent leave, emergency leave, sick leave- you will still pay full tuition.
That may be fine for an 0-3 or a E-6 but as an E-4 every penny counts. My schedule's is too fluid and my pay check too small. I wish I had not used Upwards.

They made it really easy for me to find a Day Care in just a few days. It is a very Organized system and I was able to see reviews of the daycares and pictures of the places and get tours really fast. It made the whole process very easy and less intimidating. Thank you WeeCare. I love where my child is at.

As a provider I have been using this app since the last three years. I found it really useful. All kids under my care were enrolled through this app and I always get my payments on time. I get timely updates and quick response in case I have a question. I recommend them to all providers and also families looking care for their kids.

I was going back to work and couldn’t find childcare for my 6 month baby! I was worried leaving my baby with someone I didn’t know! I found a great provider last minute! Wee care put my mind at ease and I found an amazing provider that I knew the first day me and my son was so happy with. I couldn’t find a better daycare anywhere else thank you Wee Care!

As I’m sure many parents can relate, I’m very over protective of my children. Everything I do is with great research and lots a questions. WeeCare has been so easy to work with and provides all the details I need to place my child somewhere we, as a family, feel comfortable. The customer service is amazing and convenient as well as connecting with childcare. Highly recommended 👍🏾

When I had my first born I had to call around to so many different daycares! Let me tell you it was so time consuming!! 😩 Now with my second born, I heard of WeeCare and all I had to do was tell them what I am looking for and I had an enrollment specialist confirm capacity and schedule tours🤯 After doing the tours, I completed in enrollment under 2 minutes!! My enrollment specialist was Jhen and she was very patient, kind, and knew which daycare would fit my families childcare needs❤️

I’m so glad I found WeeCare. I was in the process of finding the perfect daycare for my daughter but I didn’t expect that it would be hard to find the perfect one! So glad I found WeeCare because they are all on top of it! The person who was in charge of my account, Gina was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The quality of the daycares they have in their list is very good. I feel like my child is safe and with the right hands. Thanks so much!

My wife and I used the WeeCare app to find the right care option for our 2 year old son. Upwards was super easy to use and we were able to find a bunch of good options nearby. Upwards makes it simple to schedule tours and they even offer virtual tours! The whole process of getting Upwards , finding a daycare, taking a tour and enrolling was really efficient. I highly recommend the WeeCare app, it worked great for our family!

I’ve been using Wee Care since August 2021. I love the friendly people I interact with through billing or reminders. Upwards is awesome! I get notifications every morning for temp checks, I get to see pictures of my son and the activities he’s doing. I know that the things that are important to me in a day care provider is also what’s important to Wee Care. Quality care is their #1 concern - at least it seems like that to me. I highly recommend Wee Care to anyone looking for care for their littles!

When I became a registered home childcare, this app connected with me, and we help provide care for military families during drill weekend. Quality care is hard to find, especially on the weekends, and this app is a great tool for connecting families in need, ensuring the providers are also taken care of. Thanks to Frankie in customer service for crushing it and being a great communicator every time we have to hash out scheduling, because we all know childcare and scheduling can he challenging. WeeCare makes it so easy for a daycare business owner! I love being able to share videos and pictures with parents real time. The curriculum and descriptions of lesson plans are there and easy to understand and prep. The parents set up reoccurring payments via Upwards and it’s simple. You can quickly contact the home office with questions via messaging through Upwards and get quick responses. Financial information is available to help a business owner plan and have predictability. This company and app are a MUST when it comes to running a daycare!

I’m a busy working mother of 2 boys. Working from home with kiddos and a nanny as just getting to crazy and too expensive. A friend referred me to WeeCare - They were able to find me a daycare within a few minutes from home that my boys love. I never thought to use an in-home provider, but I’m so happy we went this route. My boys are so comfortable just like home and getting the one on attention they need to help prep for preschool. Weecare did everything for us, we just went on the tour and chose the daycare we loved the most. Highly recommend!

WeeCare from the beginning from setting up my account until now have been patient, courteous and professional. They present themselves with both parents and provider goals in mind, to make sure parents find a good provider match. Importantly, as a provider, you will never be out of work. Their referral data base must be huge. I get contacted a lot. If my day care was big I still would not have enough room with all the referrals WeeCare make. I give them a 5 star. I would give a 10 star if they had up to 10 stars.

I would like to give a shout-out to rainbow childcare center for being flexible, adaptive, and willing to support me during a difficult time. Bita Nik, director of Rainbow childcare, was more than open and willing to accept my son on a very short notice while understanding things may change. I my son looks forward to interacting with other children, the playroom, and has improved in his temperament. She is very calm, peaceful, and organized. I am absolutely happy and beyond grateful to have found a daycare close to my home, that my son approves of too! Thank you weecare 🙏✨💗

I was short noted to go back on work and was very confused to find a day care for my baby until I connected with wee care, Gina in particular who helped me alot and connected me with the best day cares around the areas and set me with an awesome one. If you looking for a safe caring people to have your baby then weecare is the one for you
