Worst delivery app experience ever
1. Very confusing about what language they wanted customers to know. The menu were in English while the customer support spoke Chinese as well as the driver. 2. Poor time management. There is no feature of how much time estimated shown anywhere, while a 3 mile away restaurant took over an hour to deliver, the customer support responded that it was a “reasonable” time. Based on what standard ? .. 3. Very rude delivery service as well .

No response and no tracking
Really terrible experience!!!!! There is not any tracking information or status updates after placing the order. But the app just charged me in advance?!!!!! I think it is fraud!!!!!! I can’t contact anybody from the app. Just lost my money without any food or response. Notice this fraud app!!!!!!! Never use it!
