this app has been my fav app since last year but got to my notice they’ve been inflating the prices in their app but when you walk in the restaurant or the shop the prices are less than what’s on Hubtel . I’ve emailed and talked they claim they know nothing about yet it’s still the same thing. Change your ways THIEVES!!

Are you moving forward or backwards?
Anytime you update Hubtel keeps becoming worse, it used to be easier and faster to use, now it’s poor, I tap on a product and all I get is “item not found”

When I try to choose current location nothing happens.. and I have to do it manually… also after that nothing pops up just a loading screen but nothing works just like when I tap on current location

This is the first time I’m using it. The amount I need to pay has been deducted from my account but I haven’t received confirmation and they keep telling me it’s being processed. I have refreshed it over 100 times. I also can’t find the option to confirm my location

They buy less amount of food you requested for..For instance,I always buy noodles from one joint and today I couldn’t go there myself
Use this app and the food that came was what less than what I ordered..imagine you ordering for large and they buy medium..Thus isn’t the first time ..

Is Hubtel for trading and delivery or it’s only for delivery, because I’ve tried about four times putting different kind of new visa cards but I’ve never had my money in my account before and I don’t know how this works or should be done because I’ve done everything they ask me to do before putting my valid card but I still get no money….when I enter in a new site they now tell me the new card is old now, this app tell me how my card became old in just a second with me getting any benefits from the bought card..please reply me to this

Can the option to receive notifications when I make a transaction be customized so I can turn it off which channels I don’t want? I don’t want to be getting an email every single time I make a transaction, the text message is enough. It gets overwhelming... Kindly fix it

The sms and messaging section doesn’t update new messages sent from the web. It’s stuck the old ones. Please check and fix asap

Been using Hubtel for a couple of months now. It’s been very helpful and I would say one of the best.
But for almost a week it keeps crashing anytime I want to log in to do a transaction.
As soon at I type in password, it crushes and closes.
Please fix it.

We need an option where we can take some items out out things we’ve ordered. Especially with food. Some of the combinations are not suitable for us all

I think the delivery fee should be sent back to ¢3.45. We loved it that’s the main reason we chose this app over other services. Thank you

SMS disappeared after latest update

I find it difficult to get the food I like because of how you’ve done it and the location to is not available again sometimes the food joint is not closer and might take long to come so please work on that

Good app that reduces stress and the charging is 50% off when sending from ur normal wallet.. due to this I don’t send money to anyone using my wallet coz is even cheaper to send here. Thanks
