Make the app available in every country

Hi, I own Airfryer Premium XXL and I really like the NurtiU app, BUT for god’s sake, make the app available in every country, so I wouldn’t need to sneak to other country’s app/play store to get it! I don’t care if it’s not in my native language, as long it’s got English option, I’m fine with it. Most of your products are sold everywhere, so why not deliver the app also everywhere? Because “We can’t make in app purchases work in your country”? Well, we have all accessories available at official Philips shop and local webpage and other sellers… Basically I’ve got all your gear, you got my money for it, but oh no - you won’t give me the free app that would help me use your gear. Drop the regional restrictions, offer global version of app everywhere you haven’t managed to localize it! Thanks for the Airfryer itself, wonderful product!

It just doesn’t work

Just purchased a Philips airfryer and downloaded the Kitchen+ app. It just doesn’t work. It asks me to login in using philips credentials, which I do. It then just takes me back to the Register/Login page or gives me an error message. It’s crazy that an app from such a large company is just busted. I have a ipad Pro, fully updated OS. Same thing happens on my iphone 13.

Just bought the Philips Airfryer. Trying to download the NutriU app in DUTCH. As I live currently in Spain why is there NO WAY to download the dutch copy in stead of the english or spanish one. I want my Celcius and my grams and not having to calculate everything into the metric system.....
Please?...

And now I cannot sent this because my name is used already?
