Excellent app! I heard about Carson through the grapevine from friends who enjoy having their service and was anxious to check out what they are all about, and glad I did! Very easy to track and manage package delivery amongst a host of other options. User friendly even to a non tech savvy guy such as myself. Highly recommend!

Highly dissatisfied with CarsonLiving . Would not recommend it to anyone. I wish there were negative stars that I could give because I would. Don’t waste your time or storage space with this trash. I’m a Vernon Towers resident and management removed our 24/7 doormen and in place put this “virtual” doorman which already residents have not received medications, groceries and packages after only 2 days of its install. You cannot replace a physical body with a system. If you do not have CarsonLiving then your stuck waiting for someone behind their system to buzz you in. It’s not safe. What’s worse is I didn’t even authorize my information to register me.

I love the notifications I receive for packages. The user friendly interface makes it easy to contact the super, gain access to the building, etc. CarsonLiving makes life easier. Highly recommend.

Terrible design, security flaws, collects data and tracks your location without user consent. This is not like a doorman! Doesn’t do security, doesn’t actually notify you when you get a package, you can’t leave your return package, when someone press “delivery” button it takes a while for someone to answer and open the door.
At Vernon tower we had doormen that we trusted, they got fired and we got that app! So people with family lost their job after the craziness of the pandemic and got replaced by CarsonLiving that is nothing like a doorman.

CarsonLiving is a major security and privacy disaster. T&C aren’t fully transparent until you sign up, and it provides no real security. I am a resident of Vernon Tower and could not be more disappointed when CarsonLiving was forced upon residents and our hardworking staff fired for unionizing. Apps like these take advantage of tenants and sell data to third parties - and the only rationale a building would implement CarsonLiving is to cut costs and increase profits at the cost of tenant safety and convenience. Say hello to strangers in your building and stolen packages!

Not only is CarsonLiving super easy and convenient , the install was really quick and easy as well. So many features - Carson is definitely the answer to all your needs. Shout out to Neil and Molly! Best customer service ever!

Brand new condo with poor quality, expensive product previously. Moved to Carson and enjoy more features for a much lower price. The transition was seamless - their staff is reliable and accessible. Big thanks to the Carson team!

CarsonLiving unlocks the many features in a building especially doors and package delivery. Making payments for rent and super tickets are easy.

Our building has unilaterally replaced our doormen with CarsonLiving, even though the TOS states it is not a permanent replacement. Disappointed that my personal information was given without my consent.

I’ve had multiple packages missed and not tracked or reported to me after delivery.

CarsonLiving is simple yet well-designed. I love getting package delivery notifications, almost like living in a doorman building!

CarsonLiving spams residents with calls to buzz in packages and visitors even if the resident is not in the building. A simple classic buzzer system works better, is less annoying and more convenient. Unfortunately the users don’t get a say in whether the building uses this.

Works great for me and my family. Never missed a single delivery.

CarsonLiving is awful, ineffective , intrusive and useless.
It does NOT replace the security and sense of well being of having real people monitoring the premises - doormen and concierge services.
It is awful and unsafe for the residents of my building, Vernon Tower.
CarsonLiving deserves zero stars.

It just doesn’t work. It’s just an excuse for building management to lay off good doormen and building staff who actually get the job done. This is not an improvement, it’s cheap cost cutting. Any building that tries to sell this as a “feature” is fake luxury.
