3 months agoI bought the annual subscription in August 2023 for Thunder VPN. Suddenly the app is showing me as a Free user instead of Pro! Please restore my purchase and upgrade it to Pro asap. Tried contacting their Support BUT the emails are undeliverable! In app help does not respond at all in last 5 months!!! Pathetic VPN and should be reported to authorities for cheating customers!!!!

3 months agoDear sorry, I made monthly subscription through my bank card before one year. I did not renewal after one month.. now to purchase again , my payment declined if I use bank card and all other payment method. The problem has been since March last year. Please do needful helping. Please

10 months agoPaid for the service by accident, forgot to cancel the free trial, so I try to use it. It's worked once! Half a year has passed and this POS had worked once and no response from customer support!!!! Run, don't walk away from this product

1 year agoI am currently offshore in Holland. Downloaded Thunder VPN and subscribed to weekly charges and approved on my phone, but it won't allow me to watch my sky go app or my sky bet account or my national lottery app. not best pleased but can someone help.

Doesn't work.
i have this app on my Motro G Pure and it works fine. Downloaded it on my ipad since i browse the internet more with it. it gave me and endless loading screen. when it finally loaded it told me to do something i couldn't find the settings for.

Seriously needs to be checked
When it wants to work it works great, but like I said. WHEN it wants to work. Half the time, when you press the connect button, it won’t connect. It just keeps telling you to connect.
