- The app is slow, laggy, and difficult to enter information.

- Basic iOS conventions like movement of the insertion-point by long-pressing the space-bar do not work.

- Pressing Next to advance to the following screen takes a while to respond and it is not clear if the app is frozen or just waiting to upload data somewhere.

- The app crashes after launching.

How to fix ReadySCC app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ReadySCC app on iPhone
Update ReadySCC app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ReadySCC iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ReadySCC on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ReadySCC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ReadySCC Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ReadySCC not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ReadySCC App
1. On android, goto Settings » ReadySCC » click [Force Stop]

Update ReadySCC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ReadySCC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ReadySCC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ReadySCC.

Fix ReadySCC unable to contact server/ ReadySCC internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ReadySCC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ReadySCC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ReadySCC
