I’ve had this app for months now, to check and see if I have any offers or promotions (or free play.) When I click on “offers” or “promotions” on the app, it says “This page is currently undergoing maintenance; we apologize for any inconvenience. Please visit a promotional kiosk to access your account.” After the first few times this message popped up I called the casino, to ask when the app might be fixed and to ask if I had any offers or promotions. They told me they couldn’t tell me over the phone. The writing seems to be on the wall here. I believe they don’t want the app to work so that we have to go into the casino in person to check out accounts, thus getting us in and getting us “there” so that we decide we mine as well play since we’re there, free play or not. So, don’t expect this app to do anything for you

The reason for getting any casino app is to see what you have in free play. This app does not give you that information. This casino is one of the smaller casinos in the area. If they take the time to develop an app, you think knowing what you have in free play would be important enough to let the user know what free money they have to play with.
