I was excited at the potential use I’d get out of this app but that’s where any positivity associated with this app ends. I have tried to use this app twice (once on a movie and once wiu a show). I can’t remember the movie I tried to use it on but I just tried to use it in a popular TV show (Grey’s Anatomy) to submit a “wanted” product and the app responded with “No reference found” and I know this response happened with the movie I searched as well.
So, how does this happen with a well known tv show? Here’s the kicker, upon browsing around the app to see other submissions from other users I see that people have submitted “wanted” and “spotted” items from CARTOONS!!
How do cartoons get referenced but not regular live action movies or shows??
I suppose I could be using this app wrongly (but I think everything is self explanatory and I’ve got the gist of this) but I have used a similar app with little to no issues. As far as I can tell (for now) this app isn’t worth downloading.

The app is very buggy. So buggy in fact that the same issue happened when I went to submit the bug in the app itself.
Every time I try to submit a wanted post, when I get to the page to create a title and description for what’s wanted, I’m suddenly taken right back to the home screen of the app for no reason. I tried three times before giving up. As I said already, this also happened when I was reporting this bug in the in-app option to do so. Took me back to the home screen of the app when I was typing out the bug report.
This is really frustrating, please fix this! I’ll be using the website instead until it’s fixed.
Also, a suggestion, add more filters to sort better, like man/woman and character names per show.

I followed every prompt and double checked my entries, but the site and app keep saying I’ve mis-entered my password. Also, I’m a little dishearten by the developers snarky comment to the last review.
