My game has an error in the ore collection. When I contacted customer service, initially they were good. But then after trying a few things, somehow my ore collection turned into over NEGATIVE 2 billion (yes, BILLION) ore. This means I am unable to collect ore or cut trees down. When I contacted customer service again, they have not responded at all.

This is too bad, because I until this point, this had been my favorite game.

Why i became level 60 from level 30? What is happening i want my old progress

This game freezes at level 7. I’ve rebooted, still freezes. I’ve downloaded a new game, and again, it freezes at level 7. I bought gems from the first game, and lost them from the game freezing. I tried to contact app support and the only thing that shows up is that your website is an ERROR AND CANT BE FOUND. WHAT IS GOING ON???

For two weeks now the game has glitch to where there is no count down time for the ship the notification when you have completed and order for ready is not displaying and you can’t go fishing visiting or access the order for the ship.

I don’t seem to be getting axes and other tools. I get offers to buy these things. I don’t mind buying things but if this is the only way I can get through the game I’m not going to be playing it.

Is there storage you can store things in ,if so where and how do you get them back out I also when from about a low level to 60 ?..

Why can’t I get logs? I can’t progress cause of this.

Cannot acquire any neighbors and can’t find out how to use the tickets.

Was very happy with this….for about the first hour or so.

At first things went well, then they slowed and slowed then became stalled.

Hours for building to complete, which I have never understood. Once you have paid for it why can it not be available?

Why hours for products to complete? One and a half hours for PANCAKES? Seriously people?

Orders waiting for items that you can’t produce yet because you must progress more levels, so game play, thus enjoyment of game (and willingness to spend money on it) decline.

You wait on parts to expand the barn, but that is impossible because you can only fill the boat when you, again, advance levels, (or love it enough to spend money on it)

And yes, I know, you deserve to be paid…. This is after all your creation (your intellectual property?) but this came off to me as greed….money here money there so early in the game.

So, your players go play some different game…or look for another one to play and hopefully to love and hope it’s not like this one and all the others.
And one that you don’t have to spend money on before you realize it’s not really fun at all, like I just did.

But, it does have potential with some changes.

Love it! But, how do you get lumber? I cut down trees but I get nothing. Orders call for it all the time but I can’t find it. Could be better.

What is going on with your servers?!? On WiFi, I continuously get the error message that “game cannot connect to server”. It’s not just my WiFi, even on other WiFi’s it does not work. First it stopped working on my regular cellular data and only worked through WiFi. Now it doesn’t even work through WiFi. My WiFi connection is great, before u guys say my connection isn’t strong enough. I’ve tried it on other WiFi and still does not work. What do I do!!!!?!

Trashing an item for the truck should be free.

Hi it’s a great game but it could use a roadside shop to buy and sell goods

My mom loves this game every day she plays it so good work on the game and good luck in the future.

Great game

Very fun game it would be great if you could add more different kinds of animals, different fishes, lobsters, carbs, more and is the fishing place going to be open so we can get fishes.

I have been playing this game for years and now it won’t let me open it r u working on it or is something else happening
