I see that EdAssist was updated 3 months ago but it still crashes. I keep EdAssist on my phone in hopes that it’ll actually work one day and allow me to upload documents. I keep everything on my phone and it’s annoying to have to email myself documents to my work computer to upload them into the classic site. Please let me know if I can help as a beta tester. I’m happy to help.

The company discriminated against my sexuality prior to COVID and committed a work cut in work force prior to the pandemic. These two need to be ousted and fired for discriminating against my sexuality.

The workplace was unsafe and unfair, and Paige Danes was never an advocate, but a corporate half that needs to be fired Forever.

This includes Breanne Young— she does not know how to be a manger and needs to be fired for causing workers to loose their jobs.

EdAssist is seriously the worst I’ve ever dealt with!! How do they stay in business with the atrocious level of service they provide? But the bigger question: How does a multi- billion dollar employer choose this company as an instrument for an employee benefit? Certainly a question worth ponder?And obviously by the mere reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident. “INVALID TOKEN”… without any options or explanations, WOW!

EdAssist does not work… how ever the company is great I’m going through school with no problems just have to use the website NOT EdAssist or use the link you’re job has …

EdAssist is complete trash, I can’t even tap on anything for it to shut down. When I log in and tap on anyone of my applications EdAssist shuts down

I can’t use EdAssist at all. As soon as I open EdAssist and log in, it crashes. Right now there is a notification for me, but the crash happens so instantaneously upon opening, I don’t have enough time to read 2 sentences.

I have never been able to open EdAssist long enough to do anything, and I can’t access this app from home without EdAssist because the company’s intranet is required.

Can’t sign up, can’t log in. Says something about a invalid token. Not sure.

EdAssist is terrible. It crashes constantly. You try to upload documents it crashes, try to check status it crashes, you try to open a separate tab it crashes. It crashed so much I thought something was wrong with my phone. EdAssist is so inconvenient. You have access this app via browser.

I’m attempting to submit my classes for tuition reimbursement from my employer. The website doesn’t want to work, so I decided to try EdAssist . EdAssist lets me get a little further in the process, but still doesn’t let me complete it. This company gets this correct and stop playing with peoples futures by not allowing them to pay for their education.

Able to create application and upload docs. Overall very easy to use.

EdAssist constantly crashes. There is always an error message that comes up when uploading. The other review(s) can attest to this problem. Took way longer than it should have to upload my forms. Use chrome it’s way better.

Terrible app. I need to get things done on the go, and EdAssist is constantly crashing. You would think that they would have regular updates considering all who use EdAssist. Very disappointed.

EdAssist keeps crashing every time I try to access my documents or applications. The website won’t work on my home laptop but works on my work laptop .. not sure why. All these issues makes this whole process frustrating

Was hoping for a mobile experience that complemented my companies website. I can’t even see previous submissions to check the status. It literally only shows you the most recent application and that’s it. Very minimal info.

EdAssist is horrible. It is constantly crashing, kicking me out, and shutting down unexpectedly. This is extremely frustrating and it needs to be formatted to better suited to be able to use via phone apps

This always crashing! Trying to upload some documents and what happens crashes !!!! Try to view documents what happens crashes!!!! Please updates EdAssist or something to make it better for the people on the go.

Unable to upload any docs or check the status on either of my applications. I reinstalled twice and still same error message after logging in

Every time I open EdAssist within 30 seconds it closes and I am unable to do anything. It’s completely worthless , please fix this bug.

EdAssist constantly crashes no matter what you do. Better off saving the space on your phone and just using your browser.

Continually closes. I can upload my documents, every time I try to click on what type of file I want to upload, it tells me to wait for the data to load but nothing ever loads.

EdAssist doesn’t work it won’t stay open forget about adding information or checking. Real loss of investment to pay someone for EdAssist. Hope they get a refund.

I use EdAssist to get documents uploaded to my application, and it crashes. I like the convenience of having my applications on the go, but the crashing doesn’t help meet deadlines. Please fix EdAssist .

Don’t even waste your time downloading, it’s slow, glitches and you can’t open anything. EdAssist should just be deleted there’s no point
