Very bad customer service guy's you're providing, I lost my 200dhs because of this aapp. 4 years ago I downloaded this app and I am using for calling purposes only that time, after that new options added on this apps like money transfer like that, but my mobile number I changed, one day one of my friend send to me 200 dhs in this aapp and I try to use this money but there is showing password option, but I didn't remember that password. After that I contact customer service and I explained my issue.,I told them my registered mobile number not working and I received 200 dhs in my botim account and I forgot the botim password so how can I withdraw this money, and I give them my personal details and my emirates ID number also, after that I get the reply from the customer service agent you cannot get this money until your registered number will work, I told him I already provided to you all my another registered details like Eid number and date of birth everything so please confirm with that and provide any options to reset my password or withdraw this money, but unfortunately they are not providing me any option to withdraw this money, so I lost this 200dhs 😢
