AyiConnect has given me many maternity nannies (yuesao) to select from. Where I am from at, we needed someone who could relocate. After I posted a job, I received a few applicants who could do that, shortly after. I appreciate it gave me a free trial to talk to the applicants, unlike some other app. We are still deciding who to hire. I also like that there are public reviews to help with decision. There is the auto accept function to talk to the Nannie’s faster.
We decided to try a Chinese-speaking nanny through this app, and it's been such a great decision for our family. Not only is our nanny amazing with our baby, but our little one is already picking up words and phrases in Mandarin. It's incredible to see! I would say this might not be for everyone, but our family is ok with someone who only speaks mandarin to our baby to create the immersive experience.

Great concept. You will need a few tries to find matches, because not everyone matches to your needs. Sometimes the caregivers seem to have more requirements than mine, but that's not the platform's fault. I would just advise to trial first to make sure personality fits. If not, upgrade to their concierge. They can help you out.
we hired a couple nannies from this platform. all worked out great. Of course there were some weren’t good fit. AyiConnect provides options which is limited in the market. i think it comes down to interviewing and we also had trials first before we hired someone. They provide background checks as well.
