Cannot restore purchase

I bought all the Dino’s for my son a year ago. He wanted to play this again on a different device (apple share). When we downloaded it, it wouldn’t restore our purchase. Links to get help are dead links, tried that b4 leaving a bad review. I can see all dinos on my device, but they will not load on my son’s even if downloaded from my purchases. Restore purchase button just beeps at us. Very disappointed. My son loves this game.

First of all i could make a better version of this app, Second of all why money? I bought this because i thought you didn’t need to pay, well I was wrong about this game, and the graphics are horrible don’t get this game unless you want to waste your money.
