App consistently crashes

I have the new iPhone 11Pro Max. Downloaded the app and signed in. Was trying to check on something a friend of mine went through ‘see if a passenger does indeed have to show identification during a routine traffic stop’ and the app kept crashing. Did try the record video selection, the attorney search worked properly and the text contacts looks like it functioned correctly as well. But none of the other selectors (Ice agent interaction, police interaction, etc). If those worked the rating would be higher but an instantaneous app crash the second any of those buttons are selected basically makes the app useless for me. Hopefully, others have not experienced the same problem.

Why can’t we review the Terms of Service for this app? I’m giving this 1 star for now...I tried for over 30 minutes to get the information to display, on 3 different browsers!
Each time, I get a blank screen!! How can a prospective user know what they’re agreeing to when no information is provided? Your reviews look impressive but as far as I’m concerned, I need more information.
Please follow-up with a solution. If I can agree with your terms, I’ll check out what the app has to offer & hopefully, will have enough information to give the app a solid review. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Can’t log out

Just downloaded the app signed in through Apple account and now can’t find where to log out. Cannot find any system tweaks. I’ll just dump the app. Good idea though needs thoughtful improvement. How is your audience.
