I have been playing daily since May 2020 when I discovered this game and loved it until it quit working a few weeks ago. I really miss it! The game would not open so I restarted my Ipad which didn’t help. I then deleted WordSearchWorldTraveler and reinstalled and lost all data and accomplishments that I had achieved and was very upset. I don’t want to start over from the beginning. I don’t know if it was a recent app update or the Ipad update that caused this but wish I could continue playing from where it quit working and get all my data back .
I am using an iPad Air (3rd generation) with ipad OS 14.2 and don’t think it is my device causing the problem. Thanks for the 6 months I did get to play , it was a very enjoyable game that I looked forward to daily.😢

Using a new 8th generation iPad with 14.0 iOS. App opens and goes through the first screen from “not ready” to “ready” then it freezes and does nothing. Tried deleting WordSearchWorldTraveler and reinstalled. Same result. Tried that again and turned off iPad before turning it back on and reinstalling. Still freezes. Was able once to get the game to start but froze up during the new player introduction.
Cannot find ANY HELP anywhere! I’d certainly appreciate some help as I’m addicted to this game and really want to continue playing it. HELP!!!
Rating of three stars is ONLY because I can find NO help!

It’s always possible to fit in a round of word play thru this addictive game since your visits to this Word Lovers Paradise can be as short as five minutes or (if required) even less. The game provides the user a broad refresher course on matters of fact including but not limited to science, geography and history. Such knowledge improves your performance in other word games like Scrabble & crossword puzzles. But more importantly, a daily factoid and vocabulary review makes you a better writer and conversationalist.
You won’t need to get out your wallet to rack up high scores here. Even when totally stumped, you can win clues or earn points by watching an ad. Anyway, I frequently find the free clues sufficient to complete the day’s rounds successfully.
You never run out of games since more are added with each update.

I love this game, but there should be a way made to earn hint or use miles to purchase points. It’s really annoying that when you get far into the game and the puzzles have gotten really difficult that you have to purchase hints even though you’ve booked 100’s of 1000’s of miles. Those miles of completing puzzles shows for nothing if you can’t use the mileage to purchase anything in the game. I gave 4 stars ⭐️ because I really like the puzzles and they’re challenging but the game as a whole could be made better.

I have enjoyed these games, but find they don’t add additional puzzles often enough. I even bought all of those for sale and went through them very quickly. I have four other of David’s puzzle apps and I find this same problem with them. I hate trying to ration them out to make them last.
**In the last bunch David added, he included foreign words. I often do these puzzles on the fly and don’t appreciate not being able to do them without a translation app. Really annoying.
I don’t find any value in the coins or postcards. Could do without them.

This game has lots of different word puzzles. Some are easier than others to figure out. I find them challenging and fun. Some puzzles give facts about various subjects. I have one suggestion that would be of help, at least to me. Give me a list of words I’m searching for, rather than a category. Especially on puzzles where you have to find more than 20 words. Otherwise it takes up too much battery time on my iPhone because it takes me too much time to find all of them when categories are so broad.

This is more fun and challenging than I thought it would be, but not so hard that I feel like giving up. One thing I would like in all Hoyt’s games is to be able to see the answer for a bit longer or even be able to go back to the puzzle. On the Jumble puzzle, there is often a clever pun, which I love, and would like to share with my husband at a later time. Only way to do that is to not complete the puzzle. Also, sometimes I “accidentally“ get the answer and it moves too quickly on to the next part of the puzzle. It’s like I never knew what hit me.

That’s why I only rated four stars.

This is a fun word search app with several types of word searches. I was having trouble with a bug that prevented me from playing for a bit but was very impressed that shortly after the developers saw my poor review (because I was really disappointed WordSearchWorldTraveler had stopped working for me because it’s one of my usual “take a break” distractions), they fixed the bug and I haven’t had any issues since then. I definitely will continue to play WordSearchWorldTraveler and its sister apps.

First off , thanks Dave for another wonderful game . I have 3 other word games of yours including the Jumble . This game starts out kind of slowly but the more time you spend solving the puzzles the more you want to continue on with them . My wife tried helping me a few times and now she has it on her iPhone too.I have had this game for almost two weeks and look forward to the challenge everyday !

I was just going to check it out because I play Jumble and it kept asking me if I would check out this one for 75 coins. But now I think I like it more than Jumble lol. I have a suggestion, it would be awesome if we could earn more miles when we complete the puzzle under a certain length of time. Miles are the same whether you complete it in 28 seconds or 28 minutes. I think faster times should be rewarded with extra miles. Other than that it seems to be really fun and I enjoy it a lot! Thanks for another great game!

I like that the puzzles take different forms so it doesn’t become monotonous. Just when I think I’m pretty smart WordSearchWorldTraveler proves otherwise. That said, I have yet to give up on any of them though it sometimes takes several minutes to complete one. I seldom use the free clues and use my clue stockpile as another measure of my success in solving the puzzles. The number and type of ads are acceptable for an app of this nature.

This is one of the most brain racking, adrenaline pumping and fast thinking word puzzle I have ever played. The questions are challenging, educational and makes me feel I am learning a lot about the world and myself. I never can get over the urge I have to return and solve each puzzle I encounter and how defeated I feel when I am not able to solve a puzzle within a reasonable time. Thank you to the creator of this puzzle.

This is such a great game! I love how the word puzzles are different and how there is a little bit of a challenge in each one. It helps me to relax at night and also sharpens my ADHD brain as well. Oh, and going around the world in the comfort of my own home isn’t bad either.

I have one suggestion. You should consider adding a feature so people can choose which kind of word games they want to play. Personally, I find that I struggle with the puzzle where you have to come up with words yourself and you have to find so many 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and sometimes 8 letter words.

At first the questions were easy and I’m scoring points like crazy. It’s almost like being on a teens Jeopardy because puzzle questions can be challenging but if you really think hard enough you will find the answer. I love this game. It keeps the brain juices flowing and after you finish one particular puzzle you find yourself drawn to get to the next one which will give you more miles, hints and is entirely different. Keep on making them Dave. I want to travel the world!!

Great game I really and truly love this game it is very educational and like everyone says you go to different cities and countries and you learn about them and what they are all about capitals size how large or small they are what they produce how many people call it their home you must get this game you will play it all day too i do and will keep going and going and going like an energizer battery love ya keep up the good work to keep us busy playing bye for now. There’s a reason David is the most popular puzzle creator out there. He’s very imaginative and creative, and seems to put a lot of research behind his puzzles. I play several different apps of his daily, and I enjoy the, puns, twists and trick answers. I’ve never liked word search puzzles, but I was immediately hooked by the fact that this one uses creative clues rather than just a list of words. Many are somewhat obscure, but not impossible, so I’m usually pretty confident that I can eventually figure it out.

I absolutely love this game. I find it challenging and I am always happy when updates are made so I can continue playing. I realize I could pay to remove the ads, but for the most part I am, it bothered by them. However, there are a few that I am surprised you would include, including a few involving violence. Another one, supposedly featuring a weight loss product developed on the Shark Tank show, promises a loss of more than 50 pounds in a few days. I feel this type of ad is misleading and potentially dangerous. Please keep your puzzles fun and safe to play. Thank you.

.... and you won’t wanna stop! Can’t keep my hands off this game. I have it down loaded on my phone and iPad. Keeps your mind hopping and so satisfying when you complete a round. You realize you know more than you think, and it makes you think to yourself “ Hey, you know this ... think it out. You even get a chance to win “ no ads time “ which by the way there aren’t many of to begin with. No complaints either of bugs, game runs smoothly. I’m enjoying the game!

This game is so much fun and educational. You work your way to different cities and there’s always a puzzle about the city or country it’s in so you learn a lot. There are many other puzzles about all kinds of topics. I was surprised to learn that Canada has the longest coastline in the world. Although it says there’s in app purchasing, and there is, it’s basically free. I play another puzzle I really enjoy but it’s expensive. With this one there’s no need to pay anything and the things you can buy are inexpensive. David adds over 100 puzzles and five or six new cities every month so it never runs out.

I love playing when I have a few minutes or more and think it helps keep my mind alert. Have also learned a few facts from the answers that I didn’t know before.

I am now almost 86 and still enjoy playing a few games every day. I am now on game 2903 and have over 150 hints saved up. I like the way you have the game set up that if you need to stop for some reason you can come back and finish later. I also enjoy your just 2 words game also
