I have been playing daily since May 2020 when I discovered this game and loved it until it quit working a few weeks ago. I really miss it! The game would not open so I restarted my Ipad which didn’t help. I then deleted the app and reinstalled and lost all data and accomplishments that I had achieved and was very upset. I don’t want to start over from the beginning. I don’t know if it was a recent app update or the Ipad update that caused this but wish I could continue playing from where it quit working and get all my data back . I am using an iPad Air (3rd generation) with ipad OS 14.2 and don’t think it is my device causing the problem. Thanks for the 6 months I did get to play , it was a very enjoyable game that I looked forward to daily.😢

Using a new 8th generation iPad with 14.0 iOS. App opens and goes through the first screen from “not ready” to “ready” then it freezes and does nothing. Tried deleting the app and reinstalled. Same result. Tried that again and turned off iPad before turning it back on and reinstalling. Still freezes. Was able once to get the game to start but froze up during the new player introduction. Cannot find ANY HELP anywhere! I’d certainly appreciate some help as I’m addicted to this game and really want to continue playing it. HELP!!! Rating of three stars is ONLY because I can find NO help!

It’s always possible to fit in a round of word play thru this addictive game since your visits to this Word Lovers Paradise can be as short as five minutes or (if required) even less. The game provides the user a broad refresher course on matters of fact including but not limited to science, geography and history. Such knowledge improves your performance in other word games like Scrabble & crossword puzzles. But more importantly, a daily factoid and vocabulary review makes you a better writer and conversationalist. You won’t need to get out your wallet to rack up high scores here. Even when totally stumped, you can win clues or earn points by watching an ad. Anyway, I frequently find the free clues sufficient to complete the day’s rounds successfully. You never run out of games since more are added with each update. Check it out!
