Every reply you come with is a lie you can’t find me in the data base huh if I didn’t have an account I wouldn’t keep wasting my time coming here leaving reviews asking for help! You don’t even know the people that’s working for RingMyStylist like I stated before the last time I had a problem with RingMyStylist your employee that goes by the name Gorge seen my review he reached out to me by email NOT PHONE CALL NOT A TEXT BY EMAIL like I stated before he helped me and fixed whatever was going on! I wish is was a way to screenshot and post in the views because I would definitely show you how much of a liar you are

I was under the impression RingMyStylist would help with getting new clients and marketing. What’s the point of subscribing if it’s just for keeping track of your schedule.. I can write that down old school. Stylists who move around and don’t stick around to build a clientele need support! Booksy has been the only app to get me new business.

I have been using RingMyStylist for 2 years the price is reasonable compared to other booking apps. But as my business is growing I feel like they need to add more features. For some reason I have clients cancel or no show and they don’t get charged and I have reached out to customer service about this and they’re explanation didn’t make any sense. My clients also say they don’t get reminders sometimes. Other than that it’s a good app for beginners.

So far I am enjoying RingMyStylist. I think my previous booking app catered to my needs slightly better and was significantly easier to use (GlossGenius) however, I needed an app that automatically deducted deposits to reduce the amount of cancellations or rescheduled appointments; this app does that. RingMyStylist is well thought out but catered to Hair professionals, I am a nail technician. Setting up payment is confusing and limited to square, PayPal and stripe. It’s not the worst but I am not sure if I will continue using it. I would keep it if it allowed service descriptions and pictures as well as private services that only the stylist can add at checkout , and more online booking controls (like closing books or blocking holidays as well as choosing how far in advance clients can book). I also wish it made booking vía social media easier as well as having the option to edit or completely remove the client consult, as it is only for hair stylists.

When I open RingMyStylist it says to update it. However when I tap the update button it takes me to RingMyStylist Store, but it just said to open RingMyStylist . How can I update RingMyStylist if RingMyStylist won’t allow me to?

I turned the online booking off so that I could reset my reoccurring appointments. RingMyStylist is still allowing customers to book. Only real issue I’ve had.

I’m doing hair coloring at a salon. I got ring my stylist to keep my clients in order and I got more than I ever dreamed! Thanks!

To be honest I haven’t started using it yet BUT what I love is that when I’ve had a suggestion for how to better RingMyStylist I get a quick email response. It’s been personable and the developer really cares what the stylists needs are! Some of my suggestions have resulted in an app update! Im launching to my clients next week and I’m really looking forward to it. I feel confident that if I have any issues or if I need help that the developer will listen and help!

I been using this app for a few months now and find it super helpful. I never miss any appointments anymore, its easy to use and has a pleasant design. Overall a great app.

I find RingMyStylist to be very useful to make an appointment. It used to be hard sometimes when my stylist is busy during the day. Very nice

RingMyStylist is the easiest way for me to connect with stylist anywhere in the world. Working in the music industry requires finding stylist constantly for music videos and photo shoots and Ring My Stylist is the perfect platform for that. Highly recommended!

I have experience with Brazilian waxing for over a year now and I’ve experienced different people doing the job for me, but I never felt as comfortable and knows what they are exactly are doing until I met Anayeli. She is really about the satisfaction of her clients and is passionate about what she does. So whenever she goes I’ll follow her. Definitely give her a try, you won’t be sorry!!

Very easy to set up and use app for both customer and stylist standpoint! Allows you to easily set up appointments on the go! As a stylist makes keeping tabs of your upcoming appointments super easy! I have had no issues with RingMyStylist running the newest iOS 12 and Will definitely be letting others know about this so they can use it! Anything that makes life a little easier is a win to me!
