Cards come out to entice betting, bad beats at least 3 times more than even the worst live tables. If you withdraw, withdraw everything, no chance at winning after you take some money out. Been sucked in too many times to this site. Runner Runner constantly. Likely some bots playing

This is by far the worst app to play on out of all of them. They never have any issue taking your money when you lose but when you earn a promotion or you are winning there is always a technical issue. I have been unable to collect any promotions I’ve gotten from losing on their sports app for over two weeks they have been telling me they have technical issues and have zero answers.

If you notice. Someone always hits the card they need on the turn or river. The game has literally not had me win a normal hand in hours. All the hands I lost were bad beats. They purposely put cards out there to rake more. It’s completely setup.

It’s not possible to have that many 2 pair over higher 2 pair, straight or flush… I looked and everytime it’s someone hitting a gutter straight on the river. I bet high. I get called everytime. They catch every single time. Then when I do it…. Never catch.
Literally players have under 5% chance of catching these cards and somehow they always do.
I’ve played on BetMGMPoker for nearly a year. Somehow the impossible happens over and over.

This is a scam!! Every day deposits with thousands! Someone it’s controlling not only you can’t win you can’t enjoy playing any more !! They make you loose so fast so you keep depositing!! And I used to have a host at least once a week as a high roller I was getting a bonus ! Now I’m getting 2$ .. are you kidding me !!! On 25$ bet or 50$ you get same payout!! Never something to be happy about!! At least in Cason you get Jackpots!!! Be careful out there ! Iff you have a good page they are good off messing up the game ! I still have a game they refuse to pay back ! Embarrassing!!!

BETMGM Poker is a complete scam. The platform feels blatantly rigged, with the same “players” constantly getting unreal hands and miracle rivers. It does not resemble real poker in any way, it feels like you’re playing against fake users and an algorithm designed to make you lose.

The AI is obvious, the variance is unnatural, and outcomes feel scripted. Anyone who actually understands poker can see how manipulated this is. Customer support is useless and avoids addressing fairness or bot concerns.

Do not waste your money here. This is not a legitimate poker room, it’s predatory, dishonest, and insulting to real players.

The poker program promotes and over exaggerates bad beats on a continuous level. I truly believe that this is designed to insure all prize guarantees are reached and covered by the participants and not the site. It’s really discouraging when I can predict the bad beats as it’s happening, usually when it’s too late. Anyway I know it’s not going to change! The best thing to do is quit altogether

Well, if you are dumb enough to not heed my warning, I strongly urge you to record your games, because you will find out just how impossibly broken this software is, they have house players/bots for sure, and you are definitely being cheated out of your money here. When Julius Caesar hard to beware the ides of march, he didn’t losten.

I can’t even complain about the platform because it won’t even let me log in! I created an account awhile ago but never used it. It’s impossible to change the password! Have no idea how to log in and I can’t request a live chat as that doesn’t even work either. Not even sure how this site is running let alone has customers. Terrible

This site is set up to set up players against the house. The algorithm is the worst in any site I’ve ever played. You’re not playing poker against other players. You’re playing against the bots and BetMGM! They are stealing money from people and their customer service is no where near customer service. Their job is to dance around questions and then try and threaten you when you call them out. I hope they enjoy their $10 an hour job… PLAYERS BE WARE!

I literally have three screenshots of hands where I should’ve won everything and they split it with my opponents when all three screenshots show both hands exposed and me clearly winning all three. Emailed them and never got a response. Horrible customer service and they are literally robbing you right in front of your face with nothing you can do about it !!!!

I was playing roulette with live dealer it was actually pretty cool and I was doing pretty well but would keep freezing on me and than say I have zero balance and zero bet on the game and it did a few times and finally I had a big bet on a number that actually hit and it showed I had a zero balance I reported it and took screen shots sent to to support it's now the 5th day and still waiting for a response

Coming from someone who has played basically every app or website that offers this service… Deal yourself 100 hands with a deck of cards and then play 100 hands on this website/app. The system is clearly set out to give the most “interesting hands” not the most realistic. I still don’t know why people online recommend BetMGMPoker. ***this is poker now just the house is milking thier customers I would recommend Poker stars eveytime or WSOP Also the promotions are terrible. BetMGMPoker is easy to deposit, but basically impossible to withdraw. You can see all the cheesy tactics that they used to try to keep you on very very unprofessional.

Can’t add money with trustly. The deposit bar at the bottom is too small so it won’t click to confirm. it catches the bottom as if you were going to close BetMGMPoker . If you use apple pay it works cause the deposit button is bigger. Just annoying if you want to use other payments. Same problem when I’m trying to use the help chat.

Played in a ten dollar hyper tourney ran in the money overwhelming chip lead to get signed out right after break for app maintenance and update, all three other players seemed to have no issue and remained signed in while my stack bled out and although customer service was fast and attentive it should
Never be on the player to prove technological error on behalf of iOS or the BetMGM iOS platform, also predatory misleading offer and promo deals

Great for poker , I like BetMGMPoker for poker much better than live or many other apps you guys are probably the best as far as poker maybe 2nd behind poker stars but that apps great !!

Enjoyable variety of game types, and a great pool of players for the most part. Personally, I find it to be a well designed app, easily and quickly joining any game type. The variety of buy-ins also make it easy to play poker on a budget.

This is a great UI for every level of poker. Hopefully the player pool can grow to different states. The tournaments are great, cash tables are always available. Payout is quick.

This is partly why I don’t play here any longer, I just made a $10 deposit and I wanted to play a two dollar tournament actually gave me a bonus of 2.50 so my account is showing 13 and change. I go to log into the $2 poker tournament and it’s only showing me $.73 available

I was playing $20 knock off tournament & had $60 in then game goes on break. As I watch I get the best hands I’ve seen in the last 5-6 hours of play only it’s not letting me play them! I keep trying to play my AK, rockets, etc. & nothing . Just letting me look at my winning hands as they get folded!! No error messages, nothing, so as I start searching for help as I’ve already invested $60 + it’s knock out tournament so I lose chance of winning in every hand. Finally find a phone # after I tried to play another tourney to see what would happen & only then did I get error message saying I wasn’t in NJ ! 🤬at this point I’d been playing for 7-8 hours w/o moving from where I was sitting 🤬 Also saw that I was supposed to be getting bonuses every week from my play on weekly grind. Gave me promotion # & said I had $6.75 that week ( whoppey) that I never got along with sign in bonus I never got. So when I was on phone with help line I timed out & when I signed back in I was able to play but since it had sucked down all my chips I ended up adding on another $40 trying to recoup my loss! So women on phone told me they would look into it & to check back into my promotions. Checked back today & NOTHING. I would recommend playing any site but this one because I shouldn’t be out $100 because of THEIR technical difficulties & should have seen error message immediately. I will call them 1 more time but I’m going elsewhere because I’ve spent ALOT of money on this site to not get 1 dime on my first deposit bonus weekly grind money due me or any kind of refund due to THEIR technical difficulties. This site seems to be scam. I’m only 30 min from AC & will not be playing at Borgata
