MYKOREK has a very old and slow UI and most of the options doesn’t work, Korek is a very big communication company in Kurdistan nearly every single person has Korek Sim, they have to fix their App and their service their service is very bad! Please fix it and atleast compete with Asiacell App, Thank you.

In the address it says select an option while there is no options
There is a problem whenever I leave MYKOREK for while not use it when i back to use it asks me for password (entering password) show something been went wrong it’s been repeatedly happening solve this issue please

From a technological aspect korek is still so much behind every other telecom. My advice is switch to Asia cell. Also MYKOREK just crashes doesn't work
I can't active any package it always returns an error, the error is "server not responding"

It is easy and great for the basic services.. but needs more regarding development to be able to compete at least with AsiaCell app
I rated MYKOREK 4 stars because of only one problem... I can't get to Facebook on google or wherever. Also messenger works but old messages get deleted and i can only see people online. Also i only can get the new messages and have to be fast to open the new messages on messenger. I'm talking about the free 1 gega byte for a week... i hope i can get a reply from you to these issues.
