Dear Sir/Ma'am, Good morning to all of you, embellished with the choicest greetings of the day. I feel it's necessary on my part to report a personal issue to NAS, Dubai, with a hope that it might have a larger implication in the future on Job-aspiring candidates, dreaming of securing a fabulous employment opportunity in the UAE. This is where my story starts from. Mr. Sayeed (surname not known; name not verified), claiming himself to be an HR of the prestigious institution as NAS, Dubai is, has offered me a job at NAS, Dubai in the capacity of a Senior English Teacher, with effect from the 13/14th of March, 2023 on the strength of my academic documents forwarded to him by an Indian Consultancy Firm and an 'Interview' on the Skype portal. According to his statement, communicated to me yesterday, through the Skype platform (Skype Id live:.cid.2c0b5bc05c3f2267), my file has been sent to the Embassy of UAE for my Visa and other necessary formalities and I need to get myself mentally prepared for an immediate relocation to Dubai. The problem started when the 'official spokesperson' of NAS, Dubai urged me to pay an amount of AED 13000 as 'Security Money' through the Indian Consultancy Firm, following which all my documents would be released from the Employer's end and sent to me in the form of soft copies. The hard copies, as per his statement, will be handed over to me once I arrive at Dubai and report for my duty. The amount of INR 600000 (Rupees Six Lakhs), approximately, already paid by me for getting the NOC, DUBAI TEACHING LICENSE, IMMIGRATION & other related documents, will also be reimbursed within 2-3 days of my arrival at the office of NAS, Dubai. Since I am not too conversant with the rules and regulations governing an employment in the UAE, I just want an expeditious response to this message, guiding me about the authenticity of the entire mechanism. I will certainly follow all the rules of the land, if they stand out to be the accepted norm of the country, or the institution. If not, a prompt response might save me from any further loss of money. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I'M LIKELY TO BE CONTACTED BY THE NAS, DUBAI REPRESENTATIVE IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. With warm regards, Partho Protim Sarker +919830613386/+918910499161
Dear Sir/Ma'am, Good morning to all of you, embellished with the choicest greetings of the day. I feel it's necessary to draw your kind attention to the fact that Mr. Sayeed (surname not known), who identified himself as an HR, NAS, Dubai has offered me an employment opportunity at NAS, Dubai as an English Teacher on the strength of the academic documents forwarded by an Indian Consultancy Firm. Yesterday, he had a long discussion with me on the Skype platform (Skype Id: live:.cid.2c0b5bc05c3f2267), confirming the news that my file has already been forwarded to the Embassy for Visa and other official formalities, and I should be, in all probability, reporting to the School authorities on or before the 13th of March, 2023. The real problem started when I enquired about my 'Offer Letter' or 'Appointment Letter', which normally precedes any formal employment. He categorically said that all documents (NOC, UAE TEACHING LICENSE, IMMIGRATION, APPOINTMENT LETTER, etc) will be handed over to me once I deposit AED 13000 as 'Security money', that needs to be paid through the Indian Consultancy firm, whom I have (at the repeated insistence of Mr. Sayeed) paid close to INR 600000 (Rupees Six Lakhs) for getting all the documents stated within the brackets above. Since I am totally unaware of the rules and regulations of UAE, governing an employment, I have started to feel distinctly uncomfortable with the acute lack of technical transparency on the part of Mr. Sayeed, the spokesperson of NAS, Dubai. How on earth do I keep paying for documents that I
