This app came highly recommended by Kim Komando and most of the users of it, so I installed it. When I opened it, I agreed to allow the thing to access my location when the app was running and to send me push notifications, then I watched a screen that had the app name and a little processing wheel go round and round and round and round and round... and round some more, but nothing else happened. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. I tried clearing memory, same thing. I tried clearing memory and turning off the phone for several minutes before trying again. Same thing. Finally I decided to quit wasting my time, uninstalled it, and wrote this review. I have a relatively new iPhone 8 and am using only 26 GB of the 64 GB of storage, and the App Store told me that TestM would run on my phone, but it hasn't. I welcome any suggestions from the developer.

What good are your updates from weeks ago if they don’t fix the fact the app won’t even load and hasn’t for months! Check your last 75 reviews chronologically. Whoever told you they updated it was either incompetent, a liar, or worked on the wrong app! Same with your companion AI app. Hasn’t worked for months. No loading won’t open just sits there looking like it wants to load. Get your act together! No excuse for this in developers or whoever is in charge of the updates is just giving lip service because absolutely no change in the last two updates. ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS AN OVERLY HEAVY APP AT ALMOST 1 Gig! Phone space is far too precious to have a brick taking up almost a whole gigabyte!

I just downloaded the app to try getting a diagnostic report on my phone since I want to sell it second hand. I waited about 10 min and the app never got past the loading page. If the phone times out and I wake it back up the loading page is completely frozen, but not allowing the phone to time out doesn’t produce any better results. Tried reinstalling, restarting the phone, just doesn’t seem to work anymore… too bad.
