Previously they were beyond expert with their calls and updates on any service. But now their service has plummeted with their bad communication services as for example a book a day ahead to fix my washing machine and then after waiting 24 hours they cancel my appointment after they were late !! And no one called me. Even-though I called them and no one answered. I do not recommend wasting your time and money on a horrible service.
The only thing that will make you use an aggregator is to have someone who listens to you if you have an issue, however they have a terrible customer service .. you can’t talk to anyone through the phone .. only a chatbot that keeps repeating same sentences .. will not use it again
الشيء الوحيد الذي يجعلك تستخدم تطبيق كهذا هو وجود خدمة عملاء في حال وجهت مشكلة مع مزود خدمة وهذا هو العمل الوحيد لمسؤولي التطبيق ولكن الخدمة سيئة ولا يوجد رقم اتصال .. واجهت مشكلة مع مزود الخدمة ولم اتمكن من الاتصال مع اي شخص من منجز علماً بأني طلبت ذلك بشكل متكرر في المحادثة
If you go and get someone from the street to do a job for you it’s better than using MunjzNowمنجزناو. They only care about your payment and zero care giving about your time, service or quality..
سياستهم يعطيك عرض عشان تطلب خدمة ثم يجيك الفني ويعطيك سعر مختلف! بهالحالة كشخص طبيعي بترفض! بيسحب التطبيق منك مبلغ رسوم الغاء 🙂 وبيسترجعون لك جزء من المبلغ بمحفظتك عشان يضمنون انك ترجع تطلب ويعيدون الحركة.. الموضوع تكرر معي وتقدر بنفسك تروح تقرأ الردود في تويتر حقهم
I tried MunjzNowمنجزناو few times before writing this review, the first time I paid in advance and no one showed up for three consecutive appointments in row, the second time I ordered a carpenter and they sent me a plumber who ruined my wooden door.
في بداية الامر وقبل الدفع قمّة في الاحترام والتواصل المتكرر واحترام المواعيد حتى يتم الدفع ولكن خدمات ما بعد الاصلاح احتيال ونصب عند تطبيق خاصية الضمان .. تجاهل ومماطلة وعدم اكتراث.
At the beginning they treat you very respectfully and call you several times to make sure they get the payment, but after the service “warranty services” if the problem comes back again, they ignore you and play around with you.

They claim to be professional at what they do but in fact they are far from professional. First, they keep reschedule your appointment and then if a miracle happens and you do get a visit, the technician will preform his duty as if paid you to order in MunjzNowمنجزناو not the other way around.
The management are amateurs and maybe new to customer services. and once you got tricked by one of the workers, you will be the victim. All they care about is your payment. I was happy with them until I got into an issue with a failed carpenter and the management keep pushing my issue for 2 months. They send someone who make things worse. And they still ask me to pay 26SR!!! Be aware of that if you want to use their services.
