Very stupid app, I have been trying to log in as a new user, signed in my number, been waiting for OTP for 5 days now, no OTP on my number. Called customer care and still didn’t resolve my complaint

Not organized at all, can’t even switch tarrif plan. What’s the point of an app if I still have to dial codes meanwhile I thought there’d be special offers on GloCafé . I’d say it’s pretty useless

Don’t use GloCafé at all... Because when you try to recharge through GloCafé using your bank card ... your bank will debit you which means GloCafé in some way we get your money... BUT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY RECHARGE CARD, rather immediately you try to recharge from your bank GloCafé will give you an error from Globacom “your request cannot be taken due to technical error. Please try some other time.”
That the error I keep getting when I tried for more than 3 times and I was debited 500naira each time.

So beware and save yourself your money... I am also in a group where a couple of guys have the same issue, money gone and no recharge of any sought, some tried more than 4times and lost more than 2000naira... I called Glo customer care and they couldn’t even attend to the issue... Just beware!

I use GloCafé to check my mother’s balances (especially data balance) and buy subscriptions for her when it is low, since the last update, it has never opened, keeps loading forever

I’m very disappointed that my glo internet signal is not working, I wrote to you on ig but there’s no prompt respond from your custom service, maybe I will stop using your internet network again because there’s no good attendance in your customer service office that’s helping the complaint of your clients

This is a foolish app and the worst network and the owner would suffer a painful life you’re rich but you will suffer idiot foolish network bastard souls person go get data to use am nah problem I curse you guys I swear you guys would go down amen the only thing they are good at is bonus no one need a bad network with bonus how should he or she use the bonus you fools

My number is a 080 number, there it’s compulsory to use a 081 number, it keeps poping “data can’t read because it isn’t in the correct format “

Worst app on the play store. Your developer needs to be arrested! Authentication and authorization process is messed up . Keeps sending logging sms notifications, while app keeps loading without proceeding to logging me in . Can’t believe I waisted my time downloading this !

Downloaded GloCafé and as a new user, entered my number in a bid to register but on clicking on next, received “not in the right format” feedback which prevented me from moving on with creating my account. Not sure what to do next.

I wish you could give a half star, I’ve downloaded and installed GloCafé three times just to show the same message…the data could not be fetched….you guys should better update everything about yourselves

Can’t login on my account now been a month saying my number format isn’t correct and I wrote my correct number I don’t know why maybe you can fix this

I have similar problem too finding it hard to login in and it a best way for me to subscribe and and check data plan and balance

I’ve been using GloCafé for a while, and all was fine, until they had to perform an update, and it all just became a total mess!
GloCafé can’t even perform one single function….keeps popping up one error message! Why??? Glo why???

I purchased a router and was promised 120gb upon activation, which I did. Trust me it was all lies. I downloaded GloCafé to reach customer care and as soon as I stated my complain. All the customer care who attended to me would automatically close. Aside the useless app they have here on Apple Store, they are selling lies to their customers from inside their office(gloworld office).

I wish there was a zero rating, cuz you still wouldn’t deserve it.

Glo is the most foolish and useless network on earth, slow network, has no good app, sometimes you can't even make calls with your sim, very very useless and annoying network

I’ve been using GloCafé for years now, for the past one month, I have been finding it difficult to log in, I was asked to update which i did and now to log back in, was told the format of my Nigerian phone number is not correct! Even if you want me to use the +234 , you didn’t give a room for the + , no room for copy and paste , so how do you want me to log back in!!

I can’t login GloCafé anymore, anytime I try they just keep showing me cancelled.

I was unable to log back in to GloCafé even after updating from the store. It says data not in correct format

Glo App - Difficulty Buying Data

The data bundle to buy first before going ahead on your Glo App especially for the MONTHLY bundle is not clearly stated

I went round GloCafé trying to make a purchase for monthly but the provided list was TRUNCATED at the end where the data bundle is stated.

The Glo App for this reason is not very user friendly.

For instance, on the monthly, It simply lists the data bundle prices without clearly showing the amount of data. The part that has information about the data bundle is not showing well at the end of each data bundle

Example was the case of N5,000 and N8,000 on monthly bundle; only the first figure was showing.

Finally, it does NOT show the validity clearly. When clicked more details option under the data balance, it showed additional two running bundle packages that were not clear; and with their expiring dates; yet says nothing about the current data bundle validity.

Could you enhance the Glo App experience for the users so that it’s easy to use without wasting a lot of time and getting frustrated using it!

Why my glocafe balance is not showing

The format to register on glo cafe is not understandable can you please Change the format and provide an easier one for all customers to enjoy

Been using GloCafé for a while and I won’t cap it’s nice easy to get access to data plans and all of that, but my only complaint is that GloCafé doesn’t work on my phone any more and I uninstalled it then installed it back but it’s the same thing? This was a sudden stop I even got the other glo app and same thing don’t know why, I changed some reason and I did all it asked? I saw one that said I should change my phone version but I don’t think that’s the issue because I use iOS 17 which is almost the highest at this point and I don’t wonna make any update that’s unnecessary so please glo officials and programmers try to fix this, don’t know if it’s from me or not but I sure have good internet.

It didn’t work for almost three weeks but after the update it’s now working
