I was so excited when the news of GOGlobal was released. I immediately downloaded and unfortunately have not been able to use GOGlobal . Why? Because I can't get past the password authentication and Tech Support has not been able to resolve. I email them daily and they continue to pawn me off to next person....In conclusion, I can't provide a fair review because it's not working. I am most disappointed with Tech Support or their lack of knowledge and "support".

I've tried contacting support, but can't reach anyone. I'm using iOS 7 on my iPad. Connecting to a Filemaker application. Unfortunately no keyboard appears.
Same failure occurs when using Demo ... Opening Word and I don't see a keyboard.

We use their product on all of our Sun severs running Solaris. Too bad GOGlobal is only for Winbloz servers. Hope they get an app out for the rest of us IT professionals in the Unix world.

Well it's finally out but disapponting. It connects but the zoom feature is spotty and scales poorly. The layout is essentially a blank desktop with windows sprawled across it. Lessons need to be take from others like Wyse Pocketcloud or logmein. I love the desktop product so I'm hopeful for vast improvements.

It pulls up a PC emulator then you sign into your host (Logos) and when the signin pops up, there is no iPad keyboard and I tried to pair a keyboard through Bluetooth and that didn't work either.
How do you input? Where is the keyboard?

3 stars due to the fact that the “Scale Resolution” feature is not available in the iPhone iteration of this release. The scale res works great on my Android phone. This feature is documented in the help file for iOS, but does not seem to exist? Also, I can’t get the “3 finger” pan to function either. Please update the iOS version to at least scale the res, our company will not run anything but apple products and we rely heavily on the go-global functionality in our environment.

To the person who said there's no keyboard; there is. When you click which office suite you want to utilize, even before a little toolbar appears at the top of the screen. That toolbar has a pin option, click and hold till it says toolbar pinned now, there is the pin, an "A" that's underlined, another "A" and what's looks like a little box it's for auto-zoom. If you highlight the "A" no underline, typewriter appears.
I'm still trying it out to see if it's a program that I can use for school.

A very nicely designed app with like-native performance. I've used several other remote access applications on the iPad such as VNC and RDP, but GOGlobal blows them out of the water. Even when using something like Google SketchUp there is no delay or lag. The auto-zoom feature is unique and very slick, I find it saves me a lot of time over the normal pinch/swipe routine that everyone is used to. To top it off, someone else can be using my PC and I can fire up this application and run whatever I want without disturbing them.

I am using this very successfully with Act and a helpdesk program called TeleSupport Helpdesk. This program is so cool how easy it was to setup. We've run five programs on it.

The imbedded keyboard won't pop up and an attached keyboard does not pass to GOGlobal . I would really like to use this on our client apps. Can you fix this please? iOS 8, iPad
