I’ve been using this app for a while, and all was fine, until they had to perform an update, and it all just became a total mess!

I purchased a router and was promised 120gb upon activation, which I did. Trust me it was all lies. I downloaded this app to reach customer care and as soon as I stated my complain. All the customer care who attended to me would automatically close. Aside the useless app they have here on Apple Store, they are selling lies to their customers from inside their office(gloworld office).
I wish there was a zero rating, cuz you still wouldn’t deserve it.
Money wasted !
