SCAM!!!! Stopped working after a couple of searches!!! Do not subscribe!!!!

Subscribed to this site today and it stopped working after 10 minutes...is this some sort of scam you guys are pulling?

Close and restart the StatMuse app on iPhone
Update StatMuse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StatMuse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve StatMuse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent StatMuse app issues:

Force Stop the StatMuse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click StatMuse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update StatMuse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StatMuse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "StatMuse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch StatMuse.

Fix StatMuse unable to contact server/ StatMuse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click StatMuse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got StatMuse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
