Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever DTM app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix DTM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DTM app on iPhone
Update DTM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DTM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DTM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DTM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

DTM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DTM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DTM app issues:

Force Stop the DTM App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DTM app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DTM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DTM App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DTM app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DTM.

Fix DTM unable to contact server/ DTM internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DTM » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DTM » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DTM on android.
