Gacha Studio Anime Dress Up Reviews

So, I’ve been trying to find a game that’s kinda like Gacha club, and I stumbled across this game. At first I was like, “oh my god! This looks so cool!!” So I downloaded it. When I downloaded it I couldn’t customize the clothing, hair, and weapons (idk why they would add weapons honestly.) and you can only have, like, 7 color positions. You can’t make your own cloths or anything, and some of the feminine clothing is, uhm…. disturbing, I guess. There is literally an option of clothing that’s LITERALLY just underwear and a bra- LIKE- no. So lemme make a list of the things I hate about this to make my point: 1. Clothing-can’t choose ur style of pants and shirts, also limited accessories and clothing-plus some are weird and disturbing. 2. Not that many colors- LIKE BRO- THEY ONLY HAVE THE COLORS THAT YOU LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN- my point being there is no “dark blue “ or “light blue” it’s what they give you so shoulders up, oh well. 3. Hair- same reason a clothing, you can’t choose your own style of hair. I hate this game. If you play Gacha life, and if you haven’t already, I HIGHLY recommend you downloading Gacha club. Gacha club has MANY clothing options that you can customize, more colors, you can change the outline color, you can adjust accessories and so much more. (Sorry if I sound like advertisement) anyway this is my opinion. Thanks for reading!

If I had this game for a million years it would be a good game but I haven't had it for a million years and there are lots of stuff to ask ok so let's get started with it 1. How it always lags idk why though it just really annoys me but I need you to fix that
if u guy don't know what idk means it means I don't know but back to stuff. 2. Why do we have to buy stuff I mean really can't we just get more characters for free and yea fix that 3. Why are the pets to get from wells can't u just get the first set free and not from a well fix that as well 4. Why have so many like sizes and not a really small one it's just annoying please add that 5. I can't get friends on chat annoying please fix that 6. Why make it for such high ages why not make it lower lots of have wanted to play this and they can't because there not old enough to get it I mean really ppl 7. Why can't we have no lags please fix that 8. I don’t really like the game because every time I leave the game everything literally resets and that’s making me sick! Of course I’m not sure if that only happens to mobile devices that are a certain age or older, but what I do know is that other people are having this same problem. I would really love to see that bug fixed if you guys will? Another thing that really annoys me is that you can only pick from 3 color palettes for the clothes and accessories. I feel a lot of people would enjoy if there was a color wheel thing where you could pick the colors like your other games. Also, something else that bugs me a lot is that when you go into the studio and you put your characters down, you don’t have the freedom to pick where you want them to be. Instead you have to choose a planned out pose thing, then just putting the characters when you want to be. Yeah, but if you look at the game overall without those problems it would be a pretty decent game and I would see myself actually enjoy playing it. Hopefully you can adjust the problems and fix that bug.

The game is really good! You can make different stories in different scenes. Use your character’s to fight in the arena and gain more level to get some better stuff. But I do have a problem. It never saves my progress! The save button next to the characters names do nothing! The first time a played I got many pets, a lot of level, and earned to 6 Star Pets! But when I got on the next day all of the progress was gone! I regained my progress then when I got on my iPhone again a couple hours later everything was gone again! If this is a glitch or bug I hope it gets fixed. Other than that problem I really like the game! I gave it 3 stars because 1) the save button does not work 2). Because all of your characters get deleted and it goes back to the start and 3). Because it makes you redo all of that work then later on delete it again! It actually took me about more than a day to make my characters and regain all of that progress. I mean I got 2 6 Star Pets then get on the next day to find I have to redo all of that, is it a glitch or something? And yesterday when it deleted I got half way back to my progress the first time then when I got on today it was all gone yet again! So I give this game 3 stars. Don’t get me wrong it’s a really good game it’s just that one little thing that makes me irritated. Again, if it’s a glitch or bug I hope they fix it soon.

First off this game is really fun! I enjoy the role playing and the ability to make your own characters! Though there is a problem I’ve noticed. I can’t save my characters and scenes. If I close GachaStudioAnimeDressUp everything I did is gone. Then I have to do it all over again and it’s the worst. I’ve tried to find a restore ID ( which I think you need to save your progress ) but it’s nowhere to be found. When I first downloaded this game I played until my battery died. Then after it was charged everything I “ saved” was gone. Even after I made a character and hit save when I closed GachaStudioAnimeDressUp it was gone. So I stopped closing GachaStudioAnimeDressUp but if I update my phone it’ll reset. This problem has really devalued my experience, now I barely open it. This game has great potential but this one ☝️ issue really ruins it. I’m not trying to hate on you, but I’m trying to get you to notice a big flaw in your game. You made this about 2 years ago and this hasn’t changed. You can fix this problem by making clear on how to save everything. Use the tutorial to show players how to save their progress. This is just a suggestion but you can do what you want. This problem is big but I hope to see it fixed in the near future. I love ❤️ this game a lot and want it to be better liked but it probably won’t happen until the biggest problem is fixed

Yeah yeah we’ve all seen those fake gacha glitch videos but this one is NOT A JOKE!!! So the last couple times I’ve gotten into GachaStudioAnimeDressUp (gonna let you know it never saves my progress) and I see this weird character in place of the normal character I usually see when I open GachaStudioAnimeDressUp . It’s name is “Character name” (how relevant) but I didn’t check the name the last few times when I was messing with GachaStudioAnimeDressUp . The new character I see looks like what you would see when you hit the random button on the presets page. I thought it was just showing that it now saves progress! (even though I never made a character like that) Then I pick a preset to mess around with and turn off my phone. But after a while I turn it back on and I see the slots full of random presets for some reason. Including Mitsuko (one of my faves) and after that it goes back to the preset I was on before I turned off my phone. “Well, that was weird” I thought. So I hit the back button and the slots had the presets that were normally there. And... are you ready for this? MY GAME CRASHED!!! Yeah it’s so weird and I was so confused that I tried it again. The same weird preset came up again. I was kinda scared so I deleted GachaStudioAnimeDressUp . I’m a little paranoid sometimes and I thought my phone or account would be hacked by something. IDK why but that’s just me lol.

I give Gacha Studio a rating of three stars because of a few problems. One problem is GachaStudioAnimeDressUp crashes frequently. (about every 5 minutes, no joke.) It's extremely aggravating when in the middle of making a character or a scene, your app crashes. Another problem is the data isn't even still there when you return from GachaStudioAnimeDressUp crashing. Say you're making a character, GachaStudioAnimeDressUp crashes and then you return to see that even though you saved the character into your character slots, it's not there. This happens a lot, and it's really annoying. And it's even more annoying if you worked for a long time on that character to make it perfect. Another problem is that it's slow. For instance, you click on a hairstyle, and it takes about 5 seconds to finally display the hairstyle. Now the last problem, this may seem silly but to me it's bugging me. The music overall. It's just not great and sometimes distracts me. And, upbeat jazz music doesn't go well with making cute anime characters. I think the music should be changed to music that's commonly used in anime, just watch some (insert any anime show) and you'll see what I'm talking about. If you read this far, thank you! I make a lot of stories and soon I’m going to upload them. But I do have one problem. Which made me gave a 4. And if doesn’t change or you don’t make an update about this, I might give it a 3! The characters don’t save for me! Everytime I go in the game it tells me the things they tell you when you barely downloaded the game. And then when I finally can go and customize my characters, I have to do it ALL over again. Now this review only took 3 minutes to write. But really I don’t want to keep customizing my characters ALL over again! Do have any suggestions of what I can do or is it just a glitch not only I have?

Edit:I made this review yesterday. Today I made my characters but I didn’t change their NAME. The names I give my characters are Susan, Devi, Jack, Jess, Katie, and I keep the name Luni. But I didn’t change the names that are already set for the characters which are Reed, Lilith, etc. (I forgot) I just changed the clothes I use for my characters. Then I closed GachaStudioAnimeDressUp and reopened it. My characters were saved. So the problems are coming from the names. I guess when your done using GachaStudioAnimeDressUp put the names that the characters had before you changed them. Then change them back when using GachaStudioAnimeDressUp . But also, The arena and the other stuff don’t save. And when I do a gacha it also doesn’t save. I know your busy with the new game Gachaverse but can’t you fix this?

So, when I got this a game a while ago, I thought. Ooh! I can’t wait! I tried it out, and had fun for a while. I know that since it’s been while, it might not be accurate. I wanted to make a beach scene, I saw some swimsuits, but then saw a really revealing bikini, I don’t really think that this should be played by nine year olds. I know that the system is sort of off in the AppStore, and the games that should be played by twelve years olds are rated nine, and the twelve plus games should be played by seventeen+. Other than the appropriate level of rating being off, I would’ve loved to keep this game. The game character creator is really good as well, though all games have flaws. Having different flaws are okay, and if it’s saving flaws, that’s not that good. This game also has saving flaws, where if you exit right after making a character and saving it, it still won’t save. You have to stay in the game a bir longer for it to save. So probally make a scene that you aren’t going to keep. But don’t go right into making a story, bc it most likely won’t stay. Just trying to help you out😁.
If you don’t have a problem with that, then you should totally get it!

Ok so I liked this game alot when I first got it cuz for a while I had to use a rip off game. The biggest problem of all is that when you close GachaStudioAnimeDressUp , all the characters are not saved. At first I didn’t mind it because my character as simple and easy to remember what she looked like, but then it really bugged me when I started making and saving other characters. This got really annoying and I didn’t use it as much as I used to, so if you could fix that huge problem, that would be awesome👍. The other thing is that there isn’t much variety in the poses and colors and outfits you could choose, and I deleted the game and started playing gacha club. Overall, I hated the saving bug, it really just ruins all the fun in gacha studio. If you could fix that bug, the game would be so much better, not only for me, but for everyone who plays this game, because I’ve read other reviews, and they have the exact same problem, so if it could be fixed where it saves your characters when you close the game, just like all the other gacha games you’ve made, that would be an amazing improvement.

So Gacha Studios is amazing and I use it so much but I have to say I’m getting really frustrated at the point that you can’t save your characters. Ok so I tried Data Transfer and it worked but every time I change them or level up or get a new pet I have to restart everything again. And save, it doesn’t do anything for me. If there’s a way to save that and I didn’t know, please tell me! If not, please do something about it.

Also, I would LOVE for them to come out with some new clothing. For example a nurses uniform is a good idea. And as for the hair styles, I get kinda frustrated that I see a PERFECT hair style for my character but the color I need is way darker than the color it gives it. For example I was trying to make Natsuki from DDLC into a character and I had to photoshop her hair to be way lighter, same with some other characters. Also as for headwear you should add more bows because I was also trying to make Monika from DDLC and had to photoshop her bow white. I just think that the outfits need way more variety.

For one I would just like you say the game is really good but I would like it if y’all can make it safe because it’s really annoying they keep having to go back in and re-create characters when you get so far in the game and I don’t like it when it does that because I was on the Game in a glitched out and then I came back in and it was back to the tutorial it’s really annoying to keep having to go and redo what I’ve done because I got so far in then it just glitched out so I’d like it if you can make it save because it’s really annoying I’m just annoyed it’s a wonderful game I love it but I just wish it could actually save because well it’s annoying so thank you and if you’re the people who made it please fix this because it would be amazing it would be my favorite game in the whole entire world and it almost is it’s just really hard to re-create characters like really often so I love the game keep making more games if you could just make it save
because it’s annoying when it doesn’t save

Hey! This game is AMAZING! I would give it 5 stars as it is one of my favorites...but there is one big problem that only counts as 4 stars. I may even put it down to three! Here it is: Saving. The. Game.
I’ve seen plenty of comments about this and figured that maybe I should write my own because it needs to me fixed. I get so sick of recreating characters over and over and the screenshots are endless... there must be a way to fix this. Obviously it hasn’t changed in a while because when I’ve scrolled pretty far down there are still comments about it, but I will add mine. Maybe this time it will change. I don’t know.
What I do know is that this needs to be fixed, because I’ve spent money on this game and it’s such a pain trying to get the purchases back, especially because I don’t even have my own personal account! I only have my family’s account, and I always forget the password. So when they’re not home... well, I can’t do anything about this saving problem.
Please fix it so that you don’t lose half of the people... it is a wonderful game.

This game is great, it really is. I was playing it for hours on end. The only thing that I’d like changed is that, and I’ve seen other reviews about this, the ability to save your progress. I’ve only seen this issue about character creation in other reviews, but it is an issue in the arena as well. I try to close all of my apps to save battery and when I closed Gacha Studio I assumed that it automatically saves because there was no save button. When I opened GachaStudioAnimeDressUp again, not only were all of my characters gone and replaced with the presets, but all of my pets were gone as well, including three level 6 pets. Not only this, but I had also purchased the full version, so I could make more characters and when I opened GachaStudioAnimeDressUp again the purchase had been erased, but I had still payed the $3.99 for the extra 6 characters, more gems and 5 tickets. I don’t want to discourage others from the game, but only play if you plan on leaving GachaStudioAnimeDressUp open all the time.

I absolutely love Gacha studio. It’s addicting and I can’t stop playing it! But, there is a bug. When I fill up all six character slots, then leave the game for an hour and clear my history thing, go back on it, every single character will STILL be in the character slots! It’s really annoying and I REALLY hope they fix it. And even if I change all the characters to the pre-made Luni, the re do it all over again, leave, come back, that progress isn’t even saved! Plus, I just bought Gacha Studio+ so that makes it EXTRA annoying! Last week I made every rival in ganders simulator in Gacha studio. I just came back to check on the game even though I cleared that days history, ITS STILL THERE AS IM WRITING THIS!!! It’s come to the point where I have to delete the game, then reinstall stall it, to buy Gacha studio+ plus again, then forget the password, cry, remember it, then have the same thing happen in 3 days. I’m not exaggerating!
Please fix it, or I will take away a star each month it’s not fixed until there is no stars. At that, I will stop playing the game, forever. Time is ticking. Love, Avery

Having to delete the Hello my name is luni every time before u enter a text is super annoying. There also needs to be a Primary and Secondary Color choice for clothing and accessories instead of automatically picked colors. So to be able to do your own color customization. When u view someone’s avatar u want to see their whole body not just their face but I think custom color choices would be the coolest thing to add and to finish it the game needs an update with new more hair and facial expressions, options, and designs and another thing that would be super useful is a THIRD face accessory I would really appreciate a 3rd facial accessory I think the game needs it. so main things to consider are(( custom colors for cloths and accessories, third face accessory, more hair options and facial expressions and especially new types of options for your characters eyes)) if new things end up actually being added I hope it’s Anime inspired cause that is what we are looking for when we downloaded this game please consider my opinion and I know I’m not the only person who desires an update for this game so please make it happen soon.

Ok don’t get me wrong I love this game and all.. but whenever I press out on my Apple IPad it does not save my characters.. so do I have to redecorate my characters every time? Cuz i am rating this a 3 star! And it only saves my characters like the oufit it keeps the name and stuff :/... and that’s like the least part I like! (no offense) and I think u should not have to pay to get the other characters it should be were u spend your gacha coins and the price for one character would be maybe 20 gacha coins? And blah blah just keep on adding all the amount and all that good math stuff..., :3 and now for the how much I love the game part! I love gacha studio there is so many decisions and ppl have made stories out of it I got a lil question tho how do u screenshot or take a photo of it when u are in the scenes area? I’m gonna start making gacha videos! and if u are reading this read the problem writing first! And I just Love gachaverse! But I think in gachaverse u should add pets... and not make pets props, I know u are trying to make it different from gacha studios but u can make it different by doing different backgrounds then gacha studios! :D Tysm!

I had just wrote a very long review about this and accidentally pressed cancel so i’ll shorten it for everyone sake anyway. Gacha Studio is my absolute favorite game of all time...even though i dont have it at the moment. I have had it in the past. And the problem is, i had to delete it because of the Chat update. My parents will not allow me to have games with chat, and im not sure about other childrens’ parents aswell. Im writing this review to make a suggestion. As the game is 9+. It would make sense for it to have some kind of parental feature to lock the chat. I do understand i am one person, and i am not sure if other people have the same problem. But i will greatly appreciate it just even considering the idea. This is game is 100% perfect otherwise. I have seen people writing a complaint about the characters and progress not saving, i’ll let you know that there is a way to save all your progress and characters. There is a data transfer, somewhere in settings and pressing it will save your data!!! But back to the reason why i wrote this. Lumine Inc. If you read this tysm. I would love to play your other gacha games. But they aswell have chat. Thank you for your time!

Oh my gatcha, GachaStudioAnimeDressUp is amazing I really recommend it, but there’s 1 issue. It won’t let you save your characters! The first time it does save where you left off, but the rest of the times it doesn’t save, so if you’re that kind of person that just likes dressing the characters again from where you left off I’d totally recommend GachaStudioAnimeDressUp to you. But, if you’re the person that doesn’t like to dress up characters again from where you left off, I don’t recommend GachaStudioAnimeDressUp to you. And this is for the haters that don’t like GachaStudioAnimeDressUp . 1st, If you’re a hater, get off this dang app. Why are you at it if you don’t like it? That’s the question us fans wanna ask. 2nd, can you not write like a 1 star review and say “It’s ugly” “I hate it” “It’s stupid” “It’s for babies” “ GachaStudioAnimeDressUp is for people that don’t spell good”. Because 1st of all you’re being very rude, and we will report you haters and your comment WILL be deleted. 2nd of all, you’re just being jealous because you can’t make this good of an app and last but not least, you’re actually calling yourself “Its ugly” “I hate it” “It’s stupid” “Its for babies” “ GachaStudioAnimeDressUp is for people that don’t spell good”. Hello hopefully creators
I have been playing gacha studios for a while now and when ever I leave it resets everything! It also should have more color options for the clothes also when you make quick videos for YT the tiny size isn’t that small for example your making a... hated child video and it’s the beginning where the child/children are getting born the should be like a new born size and there should be more CALM out fits like I am looking for an outfit and I see a bra and underwear or a super colorful dress or something like that and the calm things are plan like a white shirt with pants there are no designs! I also think you should make it where you should only have to pay for like gacha life+ or gacha coins last out of the THREE times I have played this when you are in the actual studio you should be able to put the characters where ever you want still to this day I am still trying to make a character go on the bed and the other standing
Other then that I LOVE the game I really like the cool outfits for the characters and the funny hair styles. I also like that this game can be going on for ever and will never have an end so when I reach to like level 1999 and I’m like I’m done I’ve probably played the game for years! Theses are the pros and cones and also why I gave this game 4 stars
