Feel sorry if you have to use this app
If you’re like me and we’re forced to download this app because your Airbnb host I am deeply sorry for the inconveniences you’re about to experience. I still haven’t gotten to the homepage of the app and it’s been 5 minutes of verification codes and personal information. I didn’t realize all this was needed to pick up a key. Excited to get this off my phone as soon as I’m done with it. Good luck!

Fine when it works, atrocious when it doesn’t
When the app connects, it’s a painless process. But I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes waiting to return my keys, and I had similar troubles when retrieving them. AirBnB hosts: Do not force your guests to use this app. You are causing them trouble at a time when they want to enjoy their vacation. AirBnB guests: Ask your host for another way to retrieve the keys. This is not worth the trouble.

Screwed us over twice; doesn’t work
App barely loads, hard to use, the pick up and drop off service haven’t worked for us TWICE, leaving us with huge headaches while we’re out of town. This company needs to go out of business. Unreliable service in an area with no room for that.
