I have a lifetime license and paid a lot for it, but I am disappointed with this app. First they announced the "new" version, but 11pets was in a loop for several days... and the website too, just announcing that a new version was coming. I needed to consult 11pets but it was impossible, it kept looping all the time on just three screens. One of them said that we could remain in the "old" version, however, when selecting this option, a blank page on the this app website opened, with an error message. This went on for days! I sent an email to support and there was no response! Finally, they released the "new" version, but it's horrible! Most of the data was not migrated. And what's worse, the data that was migrated was scrambled! For example, in the new App, if I choose the MENU option and then choose CONTACT US, the next screen opens for me to type a text (asking for help) but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to send the message! the send button is "hidden" behind the virtual keyboard, with no possibility of scrolling the screen to reach the "SEND" button. And this is just the least of the problems. There simply is no longer ANYWHERE the option to go back to the previous version (which was less "modern" in appearance, but more structured and organized). A migration of such magnitude should have been MUCH MORE PLANNED AND TESTED before being executed.

I used to be able to track my pets hygiene, this is the ONLY app that has trackers that I can use, I am autistic and this really helps me take care of my dog! After the upgrade I'm unable to track her hygiene and can't even access old records easily, please fix this! Nobody wants to pay for premium and it's too expensive!

Response to developer response: no you literally didn't, there's nowhere for me to use the hygiene tracker, it's not as easy to use at all I can't figure it out!

11pets had promise, the interface was wonky originally. Guess they updated the interface, still wonky and now you are charged for it, if you have more than one pet. I’ll go back to my spreadsheet. I realize everybody has to make a living, but that’s a lot of money when I use it only 3 times a year (3 cats for their annual checkups).

Was very helpful in tracking my sick puppies information. Claimed 100% free use forever. Suddenly I had no access to my dogs information after a year unless I paid. It was out of my budget, so I ended up just abandoning 11pets . Now they are having issues and sending me email to give them a good review 2 years later. Shame! Karma.

I’ve been using 11pets for a few years to track health status of my cats. After update I’ve been locked out of it, at first with unskippable banner bug, which they fixed. But now I can’t log in, reset password option also doesn’t work. So I can’t even pay them to get my precious data back, unacceptable.

UPDATE: Following developers instructions to retrieve my data did not work, received a blank Excel document.

This was a great app for tracking weight and vaccines, which was solely what I used it for. I don’t need or want to pay for all the bells and whistles. A free version is needed for us long time users who only want the basics. Now I can’t access my account, unless I buy the lifetime subscription, so I’ve lost all of my pets data. :(

I got 11pets a few months ago because I like keeping track of my animals weight to make sure they’re healthy & hopefully growing as they should. At least from my search this was the only user friendly free app that I could find that would lay out the weights & other info how I’d like. Fast forward to a week ago or so when the supposed update happened & I was essentially locked out of adding my data as well as retrieving my data which was the only place (stupidly) that I had it all compiled. That said, today it finally properly showed it had updated & low & behold they want my money to access more than one of my animals. I’d maybe consider it if I could even look at all the data from all my animals before choosing one to have on the free, but since I can’t I figured out if you choose one, get all the data from it & delete, then you can access another animal, but that was the only way I found that you could access any of your other animals, which means you might as well, get your data from each one & then delete to access the next & find another place because personally 11pets does not feel like a place worth my time or money

Oh, and one more thing that’s messed up with the supposedly updated app.… I can’t even use the contact us within 11pets , because the submit button to submit what I’ve typed is hidden by the keyboard on an iPhone. There is no option on the iPhone to hide the keyboard. When I try to scroll or tab or anything outside of the text box, it does not work. I guess you guys would rather not hear from us, than actually be expected to fix things.

Scam…..I have been using 11pets for almost 4 years and they just launched an update to force you have a subscription, and blocked me from accessing the data I have been putting in 11pets … I sent a email to support to retrieve that info and they didn’t even bother to answer…. They have an awful customer service and they don’t care about the older subscribers… they are forcing you to pay to access your previous information… I call that stealing… I hate that app… I don’t recommend it at all

Loved 11pets, and have had it for years. Following this latest “update” I began the process of offloading what data I can so I can delete it. Sadly I’ll likely still lose years worth of history. The update not only doesn’t look good (imo) but it’s barely functional at all. Locked out of opening/viewing countless records and images. Most sad is the loss of ability to generate reports for various contexts (pet sitter, vet, etc) , I don’t want to “invite” people to see everything at any time, I want to generate a file based on what they need. Sad to see they did away with some of its best features.

Ok, I think this would be a great app but I have five guinea pigs and there is not a guinea pig choice so I couldn’t start 11pets.

Just got a new puppy and 11pets has been a great help. I’m able to have all my information (vaccines, medicine, etc) in hand at all times. It even sends reminders.
Tech support is also great. They answered all my questions right away.
One wish: that it would show notification badge (little red bubble)... otherwise GREAT!

Very happy with 11pets . The only things I would love to add is I use it for my horses as well and I wish that was an option.
When you choose “other” it limits the things you can use. I would like to add farrier appointments and deworming schedules.

Been using 11pets since rescuing my 2 cats last spring and it’s great for keeping track of and setting up reminders for routine tasks (teeth, ears, nails), periodic shots and vet visits as well as keeping logs of weight and any incidents.

But like the other reviewer said, it would be great if it had the red badge on 11pets icon because I usually clear my notifications bar. Other than that, it’s 5 stars all around 💕

I’d been using 11pets for a few years when one update messed up the weights for my dog I had been tracking for 2 years. I emailed them with not a lot of hope but I was wrong. They worked with me for nearly a week to correct the issue and I can say I can’t express the gratitude I have for them working with me to fix the issue.

I was using this to track my pets’ weights, but for a few days I couldn’t get beyond the pop up about new subscription “offer”… thank you for adding the “x” to close out of that pop up so I can continue to use 11pets .

11pets is so helpful! Instead of trying to find physical copies of papers regarding of vaccinations or anything, I could just look what i wrote down on here. I absolutely adore the gallery you have with each pet. I would wish the photo resolution and size was a bit bigger though. Thanks for keeping 11pets ad free, thinking of getting the premium version soon.

use 11pets to track medication and weights of my fosters. It has a lot more features but it's am poor and get all that i need from the free version. tyvm great app😺

I've tried a lot of pet care apps and this is the best. You can track everything you'd ever need. Food, water, grooming, medication, nail trims. You can even customize your own item and set reminders for when it needs to be done.

The best feature is the My Pets page where it shows your pet and their birthday and age followed by all the reminders you've set for weekly maintenance like baths or medications. The tracker turns red instead of green/yellow so you can quickly see if you've missed a task.

This is the only app where you can track EVERYTHING about your pet.

The settings are a little confusing, which is the only downside.

I’ve had this this app app for over 10 years ( I think), and it has to be one of best pet apps available. We had 3 pets when I first loaded 11pets, we have a few more than that now now and I continue to use 11pets. It does seem a little difficult to maneuver through 11pets at times, I recommend you just work through it when you first down load it and and play with all the settings and information areas just to become more familiar with it, you’ll be glad you did. I think you’ll also be glad to have 11pets as an excellent source of in the information you’ve input, handy when you need to take one of your pets to the vet. I highly recommend 11pets.
