This is an amazing app, the only problem I have with it is the fact there are no counts with music...to me and all of my cheerleaders it is easier to catch into when you learn counts with the music. If this could be changed that would be amazing! Thank you!

First I had a lot of trouble logging in. Clementune either said my email wasn’t correct or my password wasn’t correct. Second It took forever for the album to download on my phone. And third Clementune would charge some of the cheerleaders to use Clementune

I wish there was a repeat button... other than that’s an ok app

It’s really easy to use you just need to learn how to log in

Can’t get any music to show up on screen so I can’t even use Clementune think I’m going to delete

Terrible to set up. No support to call. No way to recover your password.

IT WONT LET ME LOG IN LIKE AT ALL. I HAVE TRIED SND TRIED BUT IT SAYS I CANT AND IVE TRIED OTHER PPLS EMAILS STILL DOESNT WORK. SO CANT EVEN TELL YOU IF Clementune IS GOOD OR NOT BC I CANT EVEN GET IN THE THING. YALL PPL NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM TO WHERE YOU DONT NEED AN EMAIL TO LOG IN JUST MAKE IT WHERE YOU CAN GET ON IT WITH NO PROBLEM. How do you make a new acc it says you can only log in

it won’t let me log in. it says my email is not correct but it is.

UCA and USA need to stop promoting this terrible app. It is beyond difficult to get albums onto Clementune . I did finally get it to work and was using it a few weeks ago. Now, even with the update, Clementune just crashes every time I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled Clementune and still it won’t open. The few times I’ve gotten Clementune to open, my albums are missing and/or it says it cannot work without WiFi (which I have on). Sounds now, music needed for our cheer team is lost in the interspace.

Clementune is horrible! It is near impossible to actually download the $20 album I bought from cheer camp. Then the album that I bought last year now only allows me to listen to previews even though I have already downloaded the album multiple times (which was excruciatingly painful).Varsity figure out a new way for us to get the music.

When I first opened Clementune it went to login and there was no place to create an account. I’ve tried rebooting Clementune many times and it didn’t help like at all. I really want to love Clementune but I can’t. Also the website does not help at all, no space to email them about a problem. HELP!!

I really like it and I’m glad I can listen to the exact music that UDA was teaching my dance team. You just have to figure out how to correctly use it.

Clementune doesn’t let you share or send out the music. I need this music on a cd because we are performing at an event that only takes cds. I am also unable to get the videos on my app. I have literally contacted everyone from UCA and varsity that could help and had no luck. Beyond frustrating.

Can someone help. I don’t have an account and there is no where to make one

Has anyone had any luck getting the Varsity videos from this? Varsity keeps telling us they are in Clementune , but we can not find them. We are able to get the music, but what about all the videos.

It just takes u straight to LOG IN not sign in like log in is when u have already have Clementune and u sign back in it does not make sense cause I have never had an account and there is so such thing of a sign in I can’t even get in

Every time I try to download a album it says connect to WiFi but I am connected to WiFi so I thought if I uninstalled and installed again it work but I was wrong. Can you please fix this?

Clementune is great for downloading the 2018 UCA camp material to my phone for my use, but it will not let me airdrop or email to my cheerleaders. What use is it, if we can’t share with our squad so that they can practice at home or learn any of the material not taught at camp. Beyond FRUSTRATED!!

I downloaded it like 3 times already hoping that it would update but every time I tap on Clementune it takes me right out every time. Please fix this
