If one only has a trackpad to use, this app doesn't allow enough time to manuever back and forth, and there doesn't appear to be anyway to change the settings. Otherwise its fine.
There are no instructions and therefore confusing

Instructions are not clear. And there's no way to go. back and find the instructions once the app starts. I'm not happy with this.
