Hello. I don't have an issue with your program as I see it as both entertainment and educational. I do have a question and can't find a way to contact someone. My understanding is that your program is the best at what you do. If I'm correct its now being used in aviation investigations by the FAA and the NTSB. That is amazing and helpful to everyone. I have been using it in the northern Nevada area and in contacting the local municipal airport was informed that they consider it inaccurate, and baseless in tracking aircraft and that it is only good for watching aircraft at high altitude. The only issue i can find is that the altitude is off by approximately 200 feet but that is understandable and easily corrected. They said also that you don't take into effect the barometric pressure? If your product is not only the largest most comprehensive program out there and is used by both the FAA and the NTSB am i missing something? I would appreciate any input you might be able to give me Thank You in advance.

When I signed up for flight tracker six months ago, I thought it was the free app. I didn’t realize I was getting charged over $10 a week. I called a month ago to Apple and requested a refund. I realize you can’t go back six months, but they said I could go back three months for a refund and flight tracker rejected it. If someone doesn’t get back to me within the next week and give me a three month refund, I’m going to be posting some very bad reviews all over the Internet and you’re not going to like what I have to say. Pretty bad display and erroneous info

I was cheering for this app when I bought the lifetime subscription. But I don’t like the way it is laid out. That plus the information it displayed was way off anything remotely correct.
Flightradar24 and PlaneFinder apps compared to this app. All apps showed different altitude, speed, distance flown and distance left, and so on. This app was by far the worst.
For example, A plane (A320) was coming in for landing at my local airport. This app showed that the plane was at over 13,000 feet and traveling at a speed of 318 mph. Here is the problem, the plane was on the ILS and only 6 miles from the airport. How can it be that high and going that fast 6 miles out?
Of course, both of the other apps showed the plane closer to what would be normal that far from the airport and on the ILS.
App is not working most of the time

I have purchased full license for this app use to love it! Unfortunately this app is sometimes showing airplanes sometimes no data.. when you want to search airline it shows always like there is no single airplane in the sky of the specific airline. It needs update or work on it. Also want my money back since I bought full version app and it doesn’t work like advertised.

This app is useless unless you pay and they don’t honor their lifetime subscriptions. I paid for a lifetime subscription and they discontinued features that people like me paid for (offered a 3 month free trial in its place). Too bad a good product is compromised by a company that changed their apps to a subscription model and left their loyal customers with a diminished product or pay-up again.
