Never get an answer from the helper/robot. Very frustrated! Let me wondering if you have any service for customers. Most of the problems are in Mac Pro web version. For example, it will clean all the conversations after the computer shutdown or clean the cache of the browsers. It should not be that way. Because the conversation still in the iPhone, why that can’t be preserved from your serve. For sure it is a tech bug!

Pros: It is definitely easy to learn how to use. And it has all the functions you can find in the chatting applications. The 'burn after reading ' is an astonishing feature and a lot like Snapchat, only much safer.
In the application introduction, it is described as military-level encryption. All the data are double encrypted during transmission.
We are a start-up company grouped by 30 people. And I have asked them all to install this application. It definitely made our work more effective. Instead of texting each other, we are now using BatChat to facilitate our team communication.
All the team discussion is showed in one group so everyone can see it.
Cons: I think their develop team needs to better shape and shine the interface. It is rather for business design now.Also, it would be wonderful if they have this on more platforms so we can text each other via computer.
