hi im having trouble logging into my original team fit - its telling me to create a password etc which I did, to see but it has just created me a new account - so i deleted it. all my progress is on my original account

How to fix Teamfit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Teamfit app on iPhone
Update Teamfit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Teamfit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Teamfit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Teamfit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Teamfit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Teamfit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Teamfit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Teamfit » click [Force Stop]

Update Teamfit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Teamfit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Teamfit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Teamfit.

Fix Teamfit unable to contact server/ Teamfit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Teamfit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Teamfit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
