First, THIS IS HOW YOU CANCEL: go into your account on LogoMaker Store. Click on the purchased option. Scroll to the bottom and click my subscriptions. Find the subscription for LogoMaker and click on it, at the bottom of the screen there is a button that says cancel trial. Click on it. This is how you cancel all subscriptions for all apps on iPhones, iPads, etc.

I downloaded LogoMaker and started the free trial. For 3 days you can play around with LogoMaker and if you like it, they will charge you for it starting 3 days hence. Unfortunately, LogoMaker is a jumbled mess of categories that make very little sense and even though you’ve agreed to the conditions for the trial, they give you very little to use. There were maybe 10 different choices I could pick from to start building the logo. Out of 100’s. There were about 5 different fonts available, as well. Everything else is blocked. Not only was the platform confusing and busy, it was also very limited and from what I could see the choices you could make as a “pro” user weren’t worth the 37 cents a week. What a joke. Don’t bother with this mess. There are many other apps to choose from and a few I’ve tried myself. All of them were superior to this one and gave full unlock for the trial period.

I have been trying to go at Dez for about 4 to 5 hours today so far and this is the fourth app I actually paid for to try to design something the first three are already deleted and this is the first app I am saving something and actually sharing it and excited about still not sure what I’m going to do but it is definitely a great feeling to have when it is a design of your own but help from somewhere that also has knowledge of what I’m doing thank you so much for this great app!!!! It has encouraged me instead of discouraged me today from moving forward with what I am trying to do!!! Again! Awesome job! Love it! Btw other apps I tried first were the top rated! My personal opinion this one is best to work with has great options still yet your own design!! Still wish I could of figured out how to add my previous sticker to one on here and see what it would look like! I believe can! I just did not watch the tutorials so it is my own fault! So again awesome app! Sry soling so excited!!

I tried to use LogoMaker to create a logo for my new business and it wasn’t at all what I had imagined, they give you an offer to have premium access to their “pro version” or whatever they call it for “free” and say you can cancel at any time before you’re charged, but this isn’t the case so far. I have looked high and low on LogoMaker for how to cancel this subscription to this god awful app and found nothing. I have sent an email to the company and have heard nothing yet. LogoMaker is too difficult to use with no real option to create your own templates or draw your own shapes and designs. No search bar for anything which makes finding what you’re looking that much more frustrating. It’s an overall disappointing experience and I would not recommend using LogoMaker. Not very user friendly. Needs a lot more improvement on the UI before I would try this again. Save yourself the hassle and don’t download this.

When I opened LogoMaker it took me through a tutorial and then it took me to a page that said subscribe to pro to get more content so I was like hmmm it’s just an advertisement for their pro version but I was wrong I couldn’t even get out of the option thing I tried pressing restore to see if it would bring me to the application itself but it didn’t so I closed LogoMaker and got back on hoping that The subscription thing would go away again and it didn’t so what’s the point of having a free app if your consumers can’t even use it if they don’t want pro how am I supposed to know if I want pro yet when I haven’t even been able to make anything official on it that I would like or just to see what they have in store not just some 30 second tutorial and a big turn down basically forcing you to get the pro version

I receive multiple notifications from LogoMaker on a daily basis, with no clear way to turn notifications off. The developer has not been responsive to messages about how to turn the notifications off. Most apps now have you opt in to notifications and have a clear way to turn them off in the settings as well as attached to the notifications themselves. My choices are to 1. disable an app I already paid for and lose usage or 2. keep getting intrusive notifications. Is that even legal? I’m not sure, but it is frustrating.

If you are reading this, DO NOT DOWNLOAD. LogoMaker forces you into getting the pro version after the tutorial! There is no way to get out of it! Here’s my story, I was looking for an app to help me make a logo, I found a couple of apps to try them out, I got to LogoMaker I did the tutorial and an ad popped up, me thinking it was just an ad, looked for an “X” unfortunately these trash people just wanted me to click “Subscribe” so they get money and I get nothing. I read other reviews and it seems that even if you do get the “pro version” you are still limited to what you can and can not use.

Trust me, don’t waste your time and money on LogoMaker. And tell your friends to never use LogoMaker!

I purchased a monthly subscription, and was billed for it. However I am not even able to access LogoMaker . I restart LogoMaker and it goes back to the page where you have to choose a purchase option - and when I click to purchase the monthly it says that I already have a subscription! Then it says it cannot connect to iTunes Store. I will be writing to the BBB about this. This company essentially took my money without providing me with the all I PAID for!!! I cancelled the subscription as soon as I paid for it, so hopefully they don’t charge me AGAIN next month.

LogoMaker has been great for creating quick logos and other types of documents and marketing material. The only downfall is even with the paid version every couple of changes to your design you get a pop-up window basically forcing you to leave a review

LogoMaker is perfect for any creator, any age. It is simple to use but yet the possibilities are endless. No matter what type of business, where you are located or what your vision is. It’s all possible with LogoMaker. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to expand their brand with professional logos.

I really like all the customization options for LogoMaker it has helped me do exactly what I was hoping to get done however I rather not have to buy stuff that is the way of the world to have better options!

LogoMaker has great functions and concepts. One thing I would like to suggest is that the trial is longer if you’re going to make it cost because I don’t feel like LogoMaker should cost money for what it has to offer. So atleast have a longer trial. Especially when it comes to students starting businesses we might not have money to pay for LogoMaker so just something to take into consideration but LogoMaker is amazing.

I needed something quick and simple for my page and with all the customization options I found something that was tailored specifically for me.

Every three minutes of work it sends a pop-up saying that you should rate it but, I don’t know if this is just for me, but there is no option to rate it so I have to leave LogoMaker and restart my work. And also if your out of LogoMaker for a certain amount of time it exits you out of your project. And also whenever you open LogoMaker there is a pop up telling you to get premium.

Most things were fairly easy to use.
Had a lil trouble lining up all the lines of text I had to keep adding.
Couldn’t figure out had to add a lot of text in 1 box and format to the space I needed. Had to keep adding text boxes. But I did it :)

No preview of LogoMaker outside of the ‘free trial’. Doesn’t save your work if you need to switch apps or put your phone down. Extremely irritating when you spend 45 min on a logo, put your phone down to get a drink and all your work is gone when you get back. Also, there is no easy search function to find what you are looking for.

I used to really enjoy LogoMaker. I used it to make professional logos without a price. I stopped using it for a while and came back to it later and I couldn’t use it. A screen would pop up to advertise logo maker pro and there is no way to get out. I don’t know if I am the only one who has had this problem and hopefully it can be fixed.

SO FAR, it has a lot of options and is helping me grow my business. I hope it keeps the same features and availability as now so I can keep using it, I don’t like paying to have simple designs done for my company. Thank you

The transparency is not effective. I’ve downloaded the image as a JPEG and PNG but to no avail when I post the logo elsewhere , there seems to be a grey or white background attached. As well, when emailing the image, you get a no image error. If these options worked LogoMaker would be idea.
Ps. There’s a glitch where the logo you clicked on doesn’t open the correct one.

LogoMaker will bug you and interior you so you will write a review. So here it is.

I am canceling before I get billed. I won’t pay $35 to be annoyed.

Also. If you leave LogoMaker for any reason for any amount of time all of your work will be lost. So if you don’t want to lose everything you are doing make sure to save it or else you will not be able to recover it and you will have to start from scratch.

There is absolutely NO WAY to get to your account to discontinue the free trial! Everything is completely blocked unless you agree to the free trial, and once you do, they’ve got you. I figured it would be ok, I would take a look around and if I didn’t like it I would cancel. WRONG! There’s no account access anywhere in LogoMaker , and no one responds to emails. I submitted an email on night one, here it is day 4 and wouldn’t you know, there’s a $4.99 charge in my account. BEWARE LogoMaker!

Just started using LogoMaker and it’s amazing so far!!! Really easy to use as well as many options available. Lots of room for creativity! So awesome that it was made by a college student. Keep making apps!!

I’m using this for my small business it’s very helpful although I did not know how difficult it really was to make my own logo from scratch but LogoMaker is helping me..keep up with the good work!

Made most of my logos with LogoMaker it was a bit annoying when I was wanted to rate if I click close it would pop up if I click shapes it would pop up otherwise it’s great

This is a nifty app to create logos. The one thing that’s annoying is not being able to sift through all the awesome fonts. It would also be cool if it auto-saved.
