عدم الالتزام بالتسليم في الوقت المتفق عليه

الاتفاق حسب النظام ان يتم تسليم مستحقاتي من الدورة بعد ٣ ايام من تاريخ الراتب المحدد بيوم ٢ من كل شهر، لكن حتى تاريخ ٢٣ من الشهر لم يتم تحويل المبلغ لحسابي وفي كل مرة اتواصل مع خدمة العملاء يتم ابلاغي بأنه تم تحويل الموضوع للشخص المختص مع العلم اني وقعت سند لأمر ومجبر حاليا على سداد الاشهر المتبقية علي بالرغم من عدم استلامي لمبلغ دورتي. وللعلم اسم المؤسسة غير موجود على موقع مؤسسة النقد من ضمن الشركات الممكن رفع شكوى ضدها لذلك تم توجيهي لارسال ايميل بالمشكلة لمؤسسة النقد وللاسف ايضا لم يتم حل المشكلة منذ اكثر من عشرة ايام. لا انصح بالتعامل بسبب عدم وجود المصداقية وسوء خدمة العملاء.

من أسوأ الشركات التي تعملت معها لايحترمون المواعيد الخاصة بالدفوع واذا تبي تتواصل معهم ماعندك الا حاجة وحدة انك ترفع تذكرة وبعد فترة طويلة يردون برد مبهم خلال ١٤ يوم وسيتم الإيداع وتعدينها ومافيه أية نتيجة
المهم تقول تبي ترفع عليهم شكوى بالبنك المركزي يقولون لك ماهي مدرجة ضمن الشركات اللي تخالفها يعني غن يالليل نصيحه وبراءة ذمة لكم الله عنهم
