I agree with Zhou Mee, I’ve been a Vodafone customer/user for seven years either through a work colleague, and now in my own name. Vodafone claims to offer services in Hungarian and English but that is NOT true. I, also, cannot pay my bill online. I’m 72 years of age and have difficulty walking. I must get help going to Árkád Mall just to get to an OTP to pay my bill. Vodafone does not even help set up Onealkalmazás in English. The only English help goes to FAQ which are not specific enough to assist with Onealkalmazás . Perhaps I should go to another provider?
I can’t believe that a company like Vodafone Hungary cannot find a good team of ios developers. Onealkalmazás just keeps getting worse with every “update”. It freezes my iphone 6s all the time.
Onealkalmazás is so bad I cannot get past the login screen. I have had a Vodafone sim for 2 months and have still never been able to top up my account online. Neither the website nor Onealkalmazás recognizes my account, and it won’t allow me to register as a newcomer either. Vodafone do better.
Egy vak csomag 1500Ft-ot levont semmi szolgáltatásért cserébe. Felszámlázta 3gb internetnek, amit még csak megsem kaptam...

So far I can’t get Onealkalmazás to log me in as it says there are server issues.
Can’t log in. I’m a new customer and every time I want to log in, it won’t let me. My data is correct. Common Guys.. fix this thing! It’s terrible!
Onealkalmazás Store has to give a zero star for such apps, it does not work at all, you can not buy an Internet package, this is awful!
A completely normal app was changed, redesigned and with the new version Onealkalmazás became completely useless. Absolutely zero functionality I just don’t understand the ‘concept’
Mostly redirects to a web page. Then why would one use an app? Customers could go just straight to the web page with less hassle.
I can't pay through Onealkalmazás it's been already few months, I also visited the Vodafone customer center but I couldn't solve the problem. I still have to go to the bank machine it's quite complicated.
I try a thousand-time to log in but I can't log in. When I put forget the password then they ask email or number then they never send the password to the email or number. What should I do 😣
Used to be a good app to quickly check the data balance but now they’ve added a Data validation screen that asks for one’s email address (which they should already have). And, they haven’t tested it on smaller screens… so on the SE, the buttons and text are all a mess and I cannot tap my way out. Which, of course, makes the entire app completely useless. Arghhhh.
I would be a lot happier if you could translate texts from Vodafone to sim user in a language of the pay as you go customer. Seems easy enough.
I’ve been really satisfied with Onealkalmazás before but recently it doesn’t allow me to log in and keeps telling me that there’s an error. Called the help center and went there twice as well but nope no use.
Really disappointment
I am not a native speaker and from the first page ToS was on Hungarian without any option to opt to English. I am trying to create an account just with the usual memory of log in forms but it is a severe headache. Hungary is a huge country with many international workers and students and a company such as Vodafone not having an English version after 2 years when someone politely asked for it is ridiculous. The whole unfriendliness towards foreigners makes me look into other companies that actually put in the effort for that market.
Hey Onealkalmazás itself is buttery smooth but an English version won't hurt, thx !
