I agree with Zhou Mee, I’ve been a Vodafone customer/user for seven years either through a work colleague, and now in my own name. Vodafone claims to offer services in Hungarian and English but that is NOT true. I, also, cannot pay my bill online. I’m 72 years of age and have difficulty walking. I must get help going to Árkád Mall just to get to an OTP to pay my bill. Vodafone does not even help set up the App in English. The only English help goes to FAQ which are not specific enough to assist with the App. Perhaps I should go to another provider?

Used to be a good app to quickly check the data balance but now they’ve added a Data validation screen that asks for one’s email address (which they should already have). And, they haven’t tested it on smaller screens… so on the SE, the buttons and text are all a mess and I cannot tap my way out. Which, of course, makes the entire app completely useless. Arghhhh.

I try a thousand-time to log in but I can't log in. When I put forget the password then they ask email or number then they never send the password to the email or number. What should I do 😣
