Nice app however you have to always reset your curent location to get your local weather! No way to tell how to use the optional apps along the left side of the screen in radar mode.
App needs work and also better settings options to customize your viewing. Hopefully PAWeather will get 5 stars after more work is put into a much needed update.

Love the weather forecast very accurate hate the ad for games that pop up right away and u have to wait til they are done before u can even check the weather and most of the time it freezes on the ad and won’t start the countdown for 5 seconds then u have to close and reopen PAWeather again. Which is a pain and now I hardly use it due to this. There isn’t even an option to pay to remove the ads.

It takes a bit to load, but once it does it’s easy to navigate and pretty accurate

I have followed these guys on Facebook for awhile now and they are far better at predicting the weather than TWC is. I like that it’s more focused locally and doesn’t have so much click bait like TWC. PAWeather is good and easy to use. It’s a bit chunky looking for my taste, however these guys have built a great app and will only get better from here.

I just downloaded PAWeather, it seems a bit slow. I can’t comment on the accuracy at this point. The one feature I do find interesting and will keep and eye on is the “Health Forecast” I really hope it is accurate.

In order to tell this story we can’t start at the begging, we must journey back much farther. It was my birthday party, one of my earliest memories, there was friends, family and fun. It was a crisp, cool January night. I believe we had chocolate cake and to my dismay one of the candles’ wax melted on my finger and hurt me dearly. Now let’s fast forward about 13 years to the modern day. This weather app slowed down my phone when I first downloaded it, I was in the middle of an online poker game and I placed my entire college savings account on the line. I could feel beads of sweat running down my forehand, hands shaking uncontrollably and the only thing to take my mind of this senseless poker game was the weather. Since PAWeather slowed down my phone on initial start up it kicked me out of the lobby during a hand I was inevitably going to lose thus wasting my entire life’s savings for college. Thank you PA weather action I sure learned my lesson.

We always go to PAWeather to see if we can remain outside for our outdoor appointments. With a business that revolves around being outside, knowing the weather is a huge part of our success and reliability. Almost always PAWeather and prediction is correct.

Their forecasts are spot on. I check them everyday to see what to expect. I use my phone, iPad and facebook. Thank you for all the time you put into PAWeather and the weather forecasts.

I have three weather apps and PAWeather is the best. It gives you the most accurate information with more options. I don’t need the others now. I’m very satisfied.

More interactive and accurate IMO than the weather channel. Like the new home page and the tabs on the bottom make it easy to navigate.

I’ve always followed the Facebook page for the most accurate weather forecasts, especially snow predictions. Happy to have an easy to access app for daily/hourly forecasts too!

I have tried many weather sources to know when to set my alarm earlier so I have time to shovel snow. I find PAWeather to be the most accurate and user-friendly.

Great site! Ive used a similar platform in New Jersey and I’ve been looking for the best one since moving to Northeast PA. They call the shots accurately and way ahead of major weather channels. A lot of our lives revolve around weather and this is PAWeather to have!!

I’ve been waiting for PA weather action to give us an app for a while and I’m pleased with what I see so far. Easy to navigate, clear content — and maps! Finally I can get to the maps without endless scrolling!

I downloaded your app this morning and it won’t load. It shows a white screen with a blue spinning circle. It will show a very quick picture like it is trying to load and then immediately goes to the white screen.

PAWeather is very easy to navigate around and does not have the annoying pop up ads every time you click on something like others do. I love that the daily weather is broken down and shows you a warning color when it could get bad. All around good app.

I like that PAWeather has everything clearly labeled and there is ease of use. The daily forecast is more than just a picture and a temperature which I appreciate. I also like being able to read their articles, and I like that they are posted on PAWeather . Now I won’t have to go on Facebook to find them. Great app!

PAWeather is very easy to navigate through and provides a lot of detailed information regarding the upcoming forecast such as hourly, etc. I would much rather have PAWeather on my phone than to go through Facebook these days to find your page to get the weather forecast. I have only one complaint ;) I wish it had more snow in our forecast for central PA more often ... love the snow :).

I love how PAWeather sorts it so you can see the hourly, daily, and radar separately rather than having to scroll and try to find what you are looking for. It makes PAWeather more easily accessible to those who may not fully understand half of what’s on the page or don’t want to see all the extra stuff when checking the weather. With PAWeather, you can choose what you see by clicking on that specific item.

It’s hard to find a third party weather app that isn’t flooded with ads. This does the trick! Everything you would need is right on the dash board. I’d give it 4 stars! Some of the elements aren’t the most user friendly. Took me a minute to realize the hourly forecast wasn’t the weekly, and the daily detailed forecast tends to run together. The information is solid though. I’ve always found them to be the most accurate at weather reporting in PA!

I download PAWeather . Open it. Give permission to access my location and give me notifications, and before it even loads to show me the weather, an ad pops up. Seriously?! I haven’t even had a chance to try PAWeather yet, and you’re already bombarding me with ads. Disappointed and uninstalling.

There seems to be a glitch of some sort that isn’t allowing PAWeather to open or load fully. I tried doing a hard restart on my phone after loading PAWeather to no avail. Not sure what the problem is as I’m not terribly ‘tech savvy’. It looks like a nice app, so I’m disappointed. Will check back & try again another time!

After the latest update, PAWeather is unable by me. Can’t read articles or weather alerts. Screen is so large it doesn’t fit on the screen. Hope you go back to how it was. Nothing needed fixed.

I just updated PAWeather , but it won’t open. I get the spinning “loading” symbol. I’m running OS 13.1.3, and even restarted my phone. When I selected the link to contact PAWeather developer, it takes me to your news page, so I was unable to contact you to resolve this issue.

With each update PAWeather takes longer and longer to load. I pretty much quit using it since the last time it took over 1.5 minutes to load on a very strong 4g signal. Was my go to app before.

This is one of the most accurate apps out there

We recently moved from Southwest Florida. I found PAWeather for PA weather and gave it a try. I love all the features. It has truly helped us plan out our days, movement on the interstates, helping to navigate and stay safe. Great job PA WEATHER!

Good app it’s been doing well so far. The only problem I have is the radar. But other then that it’s great.
