When I first started playing, this game was awesome! Then the chat box would disappear then reappear every other day so it became hard to chat with my team mates and keep up with what’s going on. I have written and requested help from the support team, only to have one answer after sending over six email messages requesting help. To top that off, I was asked to perform steps that I had already taken that has produced nothing but more of the same results- chat box appears for an hour maybe then disappears again! For the past two days the game has crashed more than a hundred times, back to back with maybe three to five minutes of game time in between each crash. I have done a soft and hard reset, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and tried turning my WiFi off and back on, nothing works to stop all of this aggravation-ALL going on in the middle of an event where I am expected to have a certain number of points each day on the team I’m on! I am beyond exacerbated and highly irritated! REAL HELP would be greatly appreciated!!!

Very very upset! Three days ago after new update, every time I go to try to play the game it will act like it’s loading and then it goes away. I play every day multiple times a day and I’m very upset that I cannot play at all, all I keep getting told from this app Supersolid support is that they are trying to fix this issue but don’t know when it will be resolved. My friend is able to get on and play I don’t understand why I am not able to. I’ve done everything I could on my end I deleted the game and re-booted it and it still would not come up, so if I have lost all of my stuff I am going to be one mad person because I’ve paid so much money for this game and on this game and have so much stuff in this game. I will prob get kicked out of my neighboor hood which I love so much because I have not been playing, becaus I can’t! I wish someone would figure out a solution so that I can play again. I’m very frustrated and I don’t understand why it is taking so long to fix! I am addicted to this game and without it the past serval days it has really upset me. I love this game! Please get this fixed ASAP! This has never happened to me. I literally can not get on the game at all. Why?

This game is pretty awesome. I love how you can design the way you want. But sometimes all the job things and the missions are a little confusing. Like I don’t know how the whole like your friend will leave stuff I your mailbox or the thing that you need just to invite your friend over. It’s kind of confusing and kind of a poor way for people to come over to your house because what if you don’t have one of those things you need for someone to come over? How do you get them? So that is my question. Also when you level up the jobs get confusing. Like to get ink you need one of those friend hand thing to get it. How do you get those? Do your friends give them to you???? 🧐 Other than that, I have very little complaints and I would suggest HomeStreet for people. I am so so so so so so so so so so so so ANGRY. I have left home street for like 2 hours and there are still people at my house walk-in aground NOT LEAVING. I am SO annoyed. And I can’t tell the to go away because you can’t say that. I am SO AGRAVATED. WHY CANT YOU SO CAN YOY PLEASE LEAVE. THEY AFE RUNNING AROUND MY HOUSE DOING EVERYTHING WH N I WANT THEM OUT!!!!! Please fix this I DONT UNDERSTAND! I am about to DELETE HomeStreet!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS! It is so EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING!

Enjoy playing this game but when I press the “refresh” button, because all of the items from various people are sold, I get more people and the have all of their items sold too. What??!! If I press the “refresh” in the marketplace I don’t mind seeing an item or two sold that was purchased by other players but to give me people that have ALL of their items sold is just stupid. Then I have the choice of either waiting 10 minutes or using diamonds to refresh again. First off if I was going to spend gems knowing that I might get just as bad of a deal I got the last time why would I. Also I have read that you have “made adjustments” to the market place from where people are complaining that it doesn’t update automatically. IT STILL DOESN'T UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY!! Yes I am glad that all my items sell but the “computer neighbor” will stay there the entire day with still the same items sold.

Now with the diamonds issue. Yeah I understand that you guys are developers to make money and probably in school too but you need to make a way that players can earn diamonds too. You have your level ups and your achievements that is a good thing but I think there is something else that you can do that will keep players interested and earn diamonds at the same time. Not saying give them out everyday but on occasion.

I’m not enjoying the new jobs layout. I used to be able to see all of the jobs at once and see what supplies I needed. Now I keep forgetting and having to click them all to see, or get mixed up and forget which one I’ve already clicked. Not to mention that when I complete a job it takes so much longer, with time wasted watching the characters talk and money being thrown into the air. I used to like quickly finishing multiple jobs in a row.

I do like the new tokens event, aside from rarely earning the tokens I really need. I guess that comes with being what it seems like as one of the few higher level players that doesn’t put money into the game.

A lot of neighborhoods delay playing events, so I’ve learned to ask neighborhoods when I first join if they do this. They delay playing events until the last few days of it and then play full force so they can be put up against less competitive teams who are going at a slower pace. I personally don’t like to do this because I like to actually play more than I care about winning the prizes. To each their own though.

When I first got this game, I didn’t think I’d like it and planned to delete it later, but I just tried it for a couple days and love it! ❤️it is really fun and addicting! It is a little confusing at first, because of all the things your can click on. But there are a few things I wish were different. First, I wish the furniture/decor wasn’t as expensive because I always spend a lot of money on them, especially the workshop ones that they force you to buy. So PLEASE make them less expensive. Or just give me money frequently, not just when I level up or complete a job which just gives me like $15 which is not enough money to buy decor. Also, small thing, but I just noticed that my character just stands somewhere and randomly starts making weird faces at literally no one. It’s really weird and dumb, change that please (i know it’s a small thing that probably I only care about but it’s just plain weird!)Also, could u make the pets less expensive! 😐I really want a dog but they are too expensive and I don’t know where to get the ticket things. 👎

Sooo? I was wondering while I was playing the game. I was wondering can we make families like in the sims freeplay and sims mobile and sims 4 and ALL the sims related games? I really like the game but if we can’t make families I’m deleting it. I’m used to more family dream home games than just having a single life with a pet and friends. So please let me know so I can make a decision to delete or keep I read the description and views but so far nothing about families. So PLEASE PLEASE respond. Because like I said, I’m used to more family dream home games than single life with pets and friends. I like the game but if there’s no families I’m going back to the sims mobile and freeplay even though I really like this game. Thanks for reading. This game is great and I have only been playing for 30 minuets as of writing this review. One thing that needs work is the variety of starter clothing you can wear. There are about 5 options to chose from! Next thing is I’m an animal 🐶🐼 lover and I couldn’t get a starter pet witch is ok. I just wish you would lower the level needed to get one. One thing that I think should definitely be added is starter relationships so even if you want to have one you can But you don’t HAVE to. My third thing is being able to call people idk if that’s a thing already but, I don’t think it is. And my last thing is all the questions I have. When answering please use the number of the question you are answering.🙂 1, is there love 💕 in the game and if so who do you show affection to someone? 2, this came up when I searched life simulator and there is not muck “life” in it. It’s just a try to level up game. Plz fix/add my suggestions.

Hi! First to say, I love this game. I play it everyday and love finishing jobs and my houses. Of course, though, there are a few kinks. First off, the only thing you can do is build your house. You can’t do anything else, mostly. Well, jobs and stuff. Not my favorite way to use my 45 minutes on the iPad. Also, you can’t talk with friends. My friend started playing and she’s not at level 10 yet, where you get your neighborhood. We have to call each other to communicate. Also, it costs SO MUCH to get just one outfit. “Ooh, I like this…oh, I don’t have 2 gold tickets and 5 silver tickets.” Oh, also…I accidentally promoted a person to owner, (when I started the neighborhood.) and now I can’t get my job back! So now I have to wait for the person to log on a change it. But otherwise, I would definitely recommend this game! It is still very fun and I think you should get it! (Join the neighborhood Teacreek!) 😁

Can you have like a husband and a child or something like in real life if we can I’m stupid i’ve had this game before I deleted it because I didn’t know if we could have a family or not I looked it up over and over again and nothing came up so I got it a again a few days ago so I could get a family this time and I play every day to level up and see if on that level I can have a family and I’m on level 8 almost nine I’m going to keep playing to get a family and a pet if I can’t get a family and a pet I’m deleting this game forever and never playing again hope I get a pet at least when I get to level 10 cause it takes me one day to get up only one level cause I’m a noob

You get to complete jobs to make your dream home and today they just made a job or something like that where l would spend 250$ on home decorations and then l would get 250$ back!!!!!so l would get decorations but have the same amount of money and l think it is the best game in the universe and you can do a lot of fun stuff everyday you can get a ton of money by doing 3 jobs and so far my house is very pretty.l also love how there is someone who gives a tour and helps you and tells you tips if you need them and there are other people for you to meet and help with and if you finish a job they would say stuff like how’s your new house going or do like home street and l couldn’t do this without you and l hope when you read this you get home street right away and you will see why l called it the best game ever

I have to drop back from five stars to three because this game is vastly becoming a money racket. I wouldn’t mind spending $5 here and there, but I’m finding that in order to level up (I’m now on Level 26) you have to increase storage—and there are not enough gems for that, even if you can afford a package. Not feeling it. Also, the issue with the market—nothing updates itself after being bought, which is an issue because in case a player really needs an item, it shows available but in reality, it’s not available—is very irritating. And the storage? Jeez! I’m selling items I need to complete jobs in order to make room to collect items and it’s just a complete mess. Another issue I’m having is removing people as bookmarks and adding more. I can remove them and they’re still showing up as bookmarked and I can’t figure out why. The game is also crashing more often than not, and jobs I completed are not completed when the game restarts. I don’t know if the influx of players and the game’s growing popularity is doing it, but it’s past annoying! Maybe I need to chill, as I’ve noticed other players doing, until you guys work at fixing some of the most basic issues the game poses.

I enjoy Home Street! And I’ve been playing for about one and half years, I’m 74 years old and I hope that one day Home Street will give a senior citizens a discount on some of the items! Especially the work station we have to purchase! I’m at level 49
and the price of this work station is 175,000 coins and I don’t have the money to get the coins I need to purchase it and I sent a text to customer care about a issue and I haven’t received a response back from customer care I own Outdoor Oasis and I’ve have a issue that really happened and it is serious!!! So i hope someone will help me
because I really need to explain what happened! I would also like to speak to someone by telephone and if that is possible send me a number or let me know if you I can call customer care!!! And I love the game VERY, VERY MUCH!!!

I love this game. I’ve been looking for a game like the sims 4, on my phone and this is the closest to it. One thing I would say I’m missing though is the relationships, and the family aspect. I would love to see partners,babies,toddlers,kids,teenagers, and the opportunity for them to grow up into adults and have them go to school ,work and extracurricular activities. (+Interactions and feelings) This would absolutely be the best game I’ve played if it had the family aspect. Also adding MORE additions to the create a avatar stage would be nice. Maybe add it to where you can have more people in your house. (+furniture for the additional family members) I would like to have enough rooms/themed furniture to have a babies’ bedroom, kids bedroom, and teen bedroom!!!! Thanks so much for this game but this would make it so much better!!!!!!!

This game was one of the best games I’ve ever played. It was so much fun making friends and making my own home. It is really a fun game to play and I would highly recommend it but there are a few suggestions that I would like to say. I would like to ad a few more slots in the inventory and I would think the game could be better if you can control your avatar by tapping in a random place and your avatar would walk to that place. Also you could ad a little bit more to the park like more shops so your avatar can have cars or something. The last thing I think the game should have is other places to go than your friends house or the park. I would love to go to the beach or some sort of historic place where you could se a castle or whatever. But overall a great game. I can’t wait to play some more because I can’t stop playing!🎮

This is probably my 3rd or4th review of this game. Now I can say without a doubt, that this is by far my favorite game ever!! I can’t stop playing it!! I’m addicted to it! So many thing to do! So many events and challenges! So much freedom to decorate your home anyway you want. This game is so cool!! I’m considering deleting all the other games on my iPad, and just playing this game. It’s all I need! It has everything!!! My only request is that your avatar should be able to have another avatar live with him or her. Have a romantic relationship with someone. Maybe have a family? Maybe that option exists, and I haven’t progressed far enough in the game. Idk. If it doesn’t already exist, please consider adding that option. Other than that, I couldn’t have found a better game if I tried. Oh wait! I did try. A better game doesn’t exist!! Home street rocks!! Thanks Home street!!👌👍🌈❤️😃🙏😎🥳🎉

Now I’m not the kinda person who normally rates apps but I felt that this is sorta necessary. I’ve been searching since FOREVER for a decent home designing game with lots of furniture, cool contests, seasonal decorations ( Halloween pumpkin, Christmas tree and such) and this game has them all!! When I found this I was DELIGHTED because not only does it include all the traits I’ve been searching for, it cuts away all the extra stuff that Sims free play has , the things that take forever like a your job, and the events. I’m saying Sims is a bad game but the jobs and events take forever and I got bored before I earned enough money to buy myself a decent bed. So this game gives you lots of simple easy tasks you can complete to earn coins, not everything costs a gazillion diamonds like some games offer. What I’m saying is they offer lots of simple and fast ways to earn those coins so you can go and design, and I think it makes the game fun to play. Give it a shot!!

I usually don't write reviews but...I'm literally in love with this game. It reminds me of Sims but better. I was already hooked when I saw how nice the characters look and not super creepy like on Sims Freeplay. I got tired of Sims Freeplay and even the new Sims game because it takes FOREVER to get any amount of coins and when you do, you still can't afford to buy stuff. This game is super simple and so much fun and I love the job aspect. I haven't played a game that has you do jobs where you make things for people and I thought that was super cool. I also love the memory thing. How you gain knowledge, creativity, etc. The fact that it's easy to gain coins and gems is a godsend. I'm tired of games always wanting you to spend excessive amount of real money (which I never do, I just end up getting rid of the game) just to get gems or coins. And they never last long so you're spending more money again. Anyways, I love this game and recommend it. So far I haven't found anything wrong so PLEASE don't change anything and make it crappy. It's perfect how it is.

I am disappointed and angry that you have decided to stop allowing the buying and selling of rare items. I understand that there is a need to make money for the developer to continue to improve the game and allowing them to make a profit for their hard work, but I can’t imagine that wasn’t already happening due to the very low probability of getting a rare and the sheer number of rare items needed to even consider upgrading. It was a balance I was willing to work with by catching what I could on the market and filling in the rest with gems. Under these new rules it will be impossible to upgrade your inventory slots without shelling out lots of dollars. Without the upgrades the sheer number of items you can make as you increase in levels will not allow for any inventory on hand and everything will have to be made as you go. With items taking hours to complete that is a ridiculous and frustrating way to play a game. And one I’m not willing to continue to play if changes are not made. This was a great concept for a game. It’s a shame greed will be its downfall.

This game is great for anyone who does like the sims games but with a large decrease in the amount of time it takes to do things. I find that it would be nice if we could talk to other players directly one on one for those who aren't in your group and I wish that in the market we could search for the items were in need of and connect us to players selling those things showing us anyone whose selling that item all at different amounts and prices, and the biggest request would be to earn more money or have like many games to play to earn coins it can be very difficult to buy workshops or to decorate your house how you'd want because how hard it is to make and keep money with having to buy such highly priced things it's a game not the real world lol we're already going thru that and games should be to take our minds off things like that and to just enjoy.
