this app will not synch with my iPhone. Tried watching the suggested video and it only shows an Android phone user. Also, tired contacting by email with no response. Useless. Will be returning for my money back.

The this app will not connect via bluetooth to my iPhone. Going to return product as it is useless.

Synch page only shows photo of fitness bands, will not synch. Will have to return item as it is useless. Fit bit and another “no name” fitness tracker both work with iPad (current version so it is not a matter of being outdated tech)

If you can’t find the 4 letters or numbers then go to the tab on the watch that shows the battery and this letters or numbers there are the ones you put in I didn’t like that there were no instructions on how to do this in the box but I figured it out
