Tried deleting woov and re downloading to load the boomtown lineup, now the app won’t let me log on due to connection problems. I need it for this week as I’m at boomtown

Force Stop the Mixclear App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mixclear app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mixclear to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mixclear App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mixclear app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mixclear.

Fix Mixclear unable to contact server/ Mixclear internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mixclear » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Mixclear » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
