Tried deleting woov and re downloading to load the boomtown lineup, now the app won’t let me log on due to connection problems. I need it for this week as I’m at boomtown

How to fix Mixclear app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mixclear app on iPhone
Update Mixclear app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mixclear iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mixclear on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mixclear network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mixclear Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mixclear not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mixclear App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mixclear » click [Force Stop]

Update Mixclear to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mixclear App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mixclear » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mixclear.

Fix Mixclear unable to contact server/ Mixclear internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mixclear » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mixclear » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mixclear
