Waste of time and money

2024-04-24

We tried this in Houston for my husband’s birthday, and we abandoned it after the 3rd “challenge.”

Downtown Houston is way too dangerous for this game because you have to be staring at your phone instead of being aware of your surroundings. If you’re doing this in another city, check out the area ahead of time.

The game itself was poorly written, silly, and unfun. And by silly, I don’t mean cheesy. We were expecting good cheesy fun. I mean incomprehensible and dumb.

The “challenges” were weird and unrelated to the story line. For example, at a fountain with swordfish statues jumping out of it, the challenge question was, “What is jumping out of the fountain?” The answer was “fish.” But that word did not relate to the next stop or the next clue in any way.

Also, the payment system is confusing and misleading. You pay for charms that you use toward purchasing games. You have to buy more charms than what you need for the game. I don’t understand why you can’t just pay for a game.

I don’t normally give things 1 star, but I couldn’t find anything redeeming about Questo.

Not Immersive

2024-09-18

Based on the description, I thought this would be an immersive Wizard of Oz experience in downtown Charleston. I was disappointed there weren’t any signs, decorations, people/characters working the route, or any way to tell who fellow players were unless they were in a certain location looking down at their phones. The stops weren’t thoughtfully picked & weren’t based on a landmark or park, or somewhere convenient to stand around & solve puzzles. Several of the stops were on busy streets with lots of pedestrians and you had to try to not be in their way as you solved the puzzles. With no signs about the Wizard of Oz, no one knew that’s why people were standing around on their phones or that’s the reason why some people were dressed up. The game is played individually, so it doesn’t matter if you have teammates or not; it would have been fun if it was tailored to the number of people playing.
This has an opportunity to be something really fun, with a lot of hype (if people knew it was going on) & it completely missed the mark. Paying $40 to solve 16 puzzles is steep & I expected more of an experience for that price. Unless something changes, I wouldn’t recommend doing this for $40.

Terrible Clues

2024-01-25

The directions were terrible and misleading. We talked to a security guard at one building (where people were NOT supposed to go) who had been getting groups all night because the directions were so terrible. They asked me to write a review of their game and I did but then they filter the reviews you see. Mine is not up there.

I wrote to them to ask why my review wasn’t being shown and they didn’t get back to me.

I like the concept but they’re not putting any work into making it actually work.

WAY OVERPRICED Disappointment

2024-06-06

Did wizard of Oz in Erie, PA today. The map to guide you to the next point of interest was terrible. Locations were just random spots in the middle of streets with nothing to interact with or see. Just walk around until you are close enough to the next location and solve a super easy puzzle. Not a single interactive aspect outside of the phone. This would have been ok as a $2.00 adventure game download on Questo Store, but as a live action interactive experience for $40, it fell all the way short of my expectations. We drove 1.5 hours to get to the event site. Total waste of time and money. This is my first and last this app event. An utter waste of money and a total disappointment. Pay for an actual escape room adventure. These city walk adventures are not worth it.

Huge waste of money

2024-08-02

I only paid $20 for this game for our team because I bought it six months ahead of time. I am sure glad I didn’t pay more than that as it definitely was not worth it. The price just kept going up after that. Questo worked as intended, doing the Oz experience. The game is completely unmanned. There’s no one to greet you at the beginning or the end or anywhere else. There is no Oz themed signage or decorations. This is basically just to walk around the city and see some of the nicer areas in the city while you do the game. So maybe it would be somewhat cool to do it in a whole new city you’re not familiar with. But then I would just be happier with a guided tour app than this game theme. Pictures on Questo were really ugly and didn’t at all look like the traditional Wizard of Oz. It strayed too much from the original story. These arw simple word and picture puzzles, maybe 10 of them or so, that you could do similar ones online for free.

Lost progress and will to try again

2024-08-03

We were on vacation in Finland where our home country’s phone internet connection is pretty slow. We got to step 11/12 on a quest when we decided to take a 15 minute break at a “pause point”. When our break was over, we tried to resume, only for it to tell us to return to the location associated with an earlier step, which was at that point about 1 km away, since we were still standing near step 11.

I assume the software was not updating the account online fast enough and then when Questo restarted due to the long pause, it resumed us where the Internet account thought we were instead of where my local app thought we were. It was very disappointing, and no one wanted to re-trek the last however many steps, so I tried to find a way to skip steps but could not find a way. So we gave up. Never Questoing again!

Las Vegas Oz Escape

2024-04-17

I’m pretty new to Vegas so this was a great way to explore an area of it. But…. The communication previous to the game day was not so great in that the starting point coordinates were not given until just a few days before the event. The graphics in the storyline were great. Puzzles were easily solved but there were too many of them, game could have been shorter and just as good. It would have been nice if the puzzles were more interactive with the surroundings instead of just going to a place and solving something on the phone. All in all I may do another one, but would not make this a regular activity.

Love the idea, but…

2024-08-18

The map is not ideal. I’m in a location with no immediate games nearby, however I live very close (30 minutes) from a very large city with several games. When I turn on my location, it doesn’t even pull up a map. It just gives an error message. I would love to do this and I would be more inclined to use Questo if I opened my location on the map and it popped up with 6 games, 30 minutes from me. The way it’s set up now, for a brand new user, I have to search for each city near me instead of swiping through a map to look around me. Or what if I’m traveling somewhere and want to see if there is anything nearby? I can’t swipe around. I can’t even look at the list for cities in the US by state or the UK by country. They each just have one long alphabetical list.

It’s just not very user friendly/future/travel planning oriented.

But the idea is fantastic.

Also, I was looking at several of the reviews from the city near me and there were many that said a clue was renovated over. I’m not sure if there is any follow up done or tracking done to make sure the clues remain relevant. So that could be an issue in the long term.

Expected more

2024-07-26

While the event was quite a bit of fun, I don’t think expectations were properly set. We expected costumes characters that we’d interact with, props or decorations along the way, as well as the phone-based clues, riddles, etc. As we found out, everything single thing was through the phone. No signs, no people, no props, nothing. Just following a map and then interacting with your phones. Plus the bright sunlight made our screens often impossible to read, even with brightness set to the highest. Lastly, it would have been better imo if there had been elements of not just the book, but the classic movie and other Oz versions too. But it was enjoyable.

Walking tour, not really a game

2024-07-26

We did the Pasadena CA experience. It was an interesting walking tour but 1) my child who did not have their own cell phone felt very bored and left out, 2) at least one of the geo tags was in the wrong place which added at least 4 extra blocks of walking for no reason and made it hard to solve the puzzle in that location, 3) it didn’t end where it started which added at least a half mile or more to get back to the car at the end. An option for sound would have been cool in my opinion, maybe a way to make it feel more dramatic or exciting. If you want to walk 4.5 miles around Pasadena and learn a bit about its history, then this is a fine way to do it.

Great to be Outdoors

2024-07-02

Great app and venue to get outside with family and friends. The only complaint I have based on our experience was that our points had zero significance and were simply random street corners, etc. There were no historical markers or anything that would have made it more interesting. It would be even better if the challenges were related to the actual place you were in somehow. Also, the puzzles were hard to see on our phones. That said, we still had fun and will likely do it again, but it could be a much better and relevant experience. Recommend for family and friends to get out and have fun.

Oz Escape Redding California

2024-07-02

There was no information indicating that Questo doesn’t work on Samsung phones which one gal in our group had and she wasn’t able to use her phone but myself and our other friend were able to follow and play it on our iPhones. Also there was no mention of having to purchase gems to start the game. We all were expecting to see more designs and/or decorations throughout our adventure in our town and on Questo . Overall, we did have fun and were able to escape. It was good to get outside and spend time with great friends. We will definitely try other adventures.

Wizard of Oz Tucson

2024-07-02

We played the Wizard of Oz escape game in downtown Tucson. We all had so much fun being together, wearing matching shirts, and hanging out! I do have a couple wishes though to make the game even better.
Holding it earlier in the year would be great. By me it’s already in the 90s! The weather was hot and we were doing it in the morning. We didn’t start out in the afternoon. The best time of year for outdoor adventure and Tucson is in November or December.
The other wish is a technical issue that can probably be easily fixed. Our team was offering it on our own phones, so that it was easier for us to follow. It would occasionally point us in different directions on the map. We all stuck together despite this! At one point, it told one of our team that would reach the destination and given her the next clue, but my phone said that we had to keep going to reach the destination!
And the third wish is that all teams be so well-connected that it’s not entering our answers separately.
In general, though, we had a great time. The just a few minor issues.

Pros and Cons

2024-07-02

We did the Oz escape in Long Beach Ca. Pros : roads chosen were very colorful and shady which went along with the story line. We even walked under a balloon rainbow arch! I did it twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon as my group was split on availability. App ran smoothly. Bonus round for extra points, good job this app. Minus points for help questions, booo. New storyline pretty good. Had fun dressing up and random people asking what were we doing, lol. Cons: price point too high! Costs money to print the virtual prizes. Hard to keep the young ones engaged. They only knew movie, so story line was difficult for them to follow. Says pet friendly, but maybe some water bowls along the route might be helpful or add reminder to bring your own.
All in all, we escaped and had a swell time with family and friends. Puzzles were challenging.
Gotta have a brain and a heart:)

Super fun for a family of four. We learned a lot and had a great time! Note that sometimes if the answer is a number- you need to write in the number using letters but sometimes write the digit. Enjoy!

Pretty fun and entertaining

2024-07-02

My family of 5 participated in the Vampires vs. Zombie event in Raleigh last night. We waited to do it in the evening so it wasn’t scorching hot and after a quick 30min storm ended we were ready to go.

We prepped by doing our zombie makeup and we were excited to possibly see other participants dressed up while on our little adventure, but unfortunately we didn’t see anyone, which was a little bit of a bummer for my 10yo and teenage kids. Still, it was fun exploring a little bit of the city while playing our game.

I was under the impression we would be asked to ‘choose a side’ when we first started the game narrative, but there wasn’t any of that. It was cute that each person in our party chose to play a character and read aloud during our gameplay. We definitely got some looks by those that walked by us, seeing our zombified selves, but it’s downtown. Anything goes, right?

The game lasted about 2 hours and we were thirsty and hungry by the end of it so we went to dinner and Italian ice and got more looks by the patrons. All in all, I’m happy we did it and spent Memorial weekend doing something different and fun for the family.

Bonus is that one of my kids placed #1 on the leaderboard out of 100 participants!

Would do it again!

2024-09-26

We had trouble getting on our team after our leader sent the invite. But, compared to other outdoor scavenger hunts, this one was far more enjoyable. I liked the positive vibe, and the puzzles were fun although some were tough. I liked the ability to get hints. Being outside the glare and brightness made some of the text hard to read despite proper glasses. Loved that the route didn’t have us backtracking a ton and zig zagging having to wait at too many traffic lights for crossing. Great plot twist, too. Loved the backstory info on Mr. Baum as well! Although the music could be fun, we turned it way down due to a lot of ambient noise. Location services worked much better than other games, too. That was nice. Beautiful graphics, also! Looking forward to the next one in Santa Rosa, Ca.

Good idea, bad ending

2025-06-05

Hollywood Experience

2024-03-13

First time that me and my bestie did something like this completely unaware that we had to work certain distances to get to the next location it should be made aware before signing up other that it was a great experience to have and will definitely try out the next one .

Great fun, something for friends and family

2024-05-25

We had five in our group and played the Wizard of Oz in Tampa. The game is well put together, with challenging puzzles and riddles to answer. The route, though short, takes you through much of the nicer downtown Tampa area. Which if you have never been can be quite scenic at times. It was a great way to get out of the house and spend time with family and friends. I do wish there were character actors, that would have been charming. Also read the book, don't rely on the movie it is completely different in too many ways. Plus, it is a great literary tale and an easy read and it will help you with some of the answers.

Better than “another boring bus tour.”

2024-10-08

Traveling in the UK with two kids (7 and 12) and we could NOT sit on another bus. I booked our first walk through a travel agent- not even knowing it was app-based. But. This is brilliant. We’ve learned SO much and had so many great moments as a family on these walks. The games we’ve paid for are definitely worth the money. The free “in development” games are a little tougher to navigate.

I keep wavering between 4 and 5 stars. I’d love to see more cities (we are on our way to Iceland soon), and more solid games- but I know that takes a lot of time- so I don’t want to down-rate it for that.

Questo is my new MUST HAVE for any city we have time in. I can’t wait to explore more!

Super fun and engaging activity for all ages

2024-05-25

Wizard of Oz in Charlotte:
This was an amazing adventure that left us tired in a good way! We played with a total of 6 adults and 5 kids ages 7-11.
We found the tasks/questions to be both challenging and fun. We got to explore areas that we would not normally spend a lot of time in. The layout of the game was logical and felt like it made sense, while keeping us engaged and curious. There were plenty of places to stop for a moment to rest or take in a site in town.
We felt like Questo was an incredible tool and was excellent in guiding us to the right spots to get our next clue/question/task.
We will definitely use this app again for a fun adventure when available.

The Oz Escape in Minneapolis

2024-09-26

This was a great time. We had a team of 4, all adults, and the clues were not too easy but easy enough that it didn’t take us an incredibly long time to for at least one of us to figure it out. I really enjoyed the bits of information the game provided that helped us learn more about the Oz story and it’s author.

I’d love for this app to host more games in the Twin Cities Metro area. I’d also love it if the games were hosted in spring or fall when the weather is more mild.

I’ll definitely be tell others about this experience and be waiting for the next time one is hosted in the Twin Cities.

First time user review

2024-09-26

This was the first time using Questo and it was very easy to follow. We did a Wizard of Oz game in Pittsburgh in the Market Square area of downtown. The directions of where to go were very easy to follow. There were different facts about the movie and the book that noted some of the differences and similarities. The challenges were mind provoking which made playing the game interesting and fun! At first we didn’t really know what we were doing but once we got the hang of it after the first couple of challenges, it was fun and a great time playing with our daughters ages 13 and 16. We also met other very people playing so that was another fun and positive aspect of our experience! We definitely will be doing this again!

Not just for tourists! If you like walking tours and scavenger hunts, this app is for you

2024-09-26

We did a test of a NYC walk still in development, and it was a lot of fun! The storyline that propels you from clue to clue was cute, and we enjoyed learning more about the history of each stopping point in an area of the city we hadn’t explored much before. We had one clue that we couldn’t get the right answer to, but there’s a way to still continue with the story. Looking forward to doing more walks in our city and when traveling! Really appreciate the affordable format and flexibility to start whenever you want (plus in pandemic times, helpful that there’s no interaction with strangers).

Note for developers: when Questo prompts you to take and submit a photo of your team, it crashed Questo and we lost our progress. Customer service was very responsive and gave us a workaround to start over and finish the walk. We were almost at the end, but luckily we remembered most of the answers from the earlier stops and were able to get close to our original score.

Riverside, CA THE OZ ESCAPE

2024-09-26

This was our first this app challenge and what fun we had! It was lucky for us that our 9 year old granddaughter was so wise and capable …. She was really into it. The whole format showed an incredible amount of foresight by the planners. Our group was two couples, both grandparents and our two grandkids, ages 9 and 6.5. Our 9 year old is a wiz but it was a bit above the 6.5 year old’s ability, even though he is a sharp cookie. If an iPad can carry Questo, I would recommend it. There is much to benefit from with the larger screen; the graphics and the information offered is amazing. My phone has a privacy screen shield, so it was difficult to have several pairs of eyes to help out. Not this app’S fault but might be a recommendation. Also, plan for time to be about two hours. They’d said 12 stops but there were 15 and the ending spot listed before Questo opened for the experience had changed. All simple adjustments for this traveler and our group. It was a wonderful time! I’d do it again! And will in Milan as part of our tour time!

Fun way to see a place

2024-04-27

I tried a game in Sighisoara, Romania and I was happy with the finds I made. It was quick and easy to use and despite having visited Sighisoara before, I saw some new things. I played alone but it would have been perfect for a couple, family, or even kids. Very interactive.

My only recommendation is the clues could be made even harder as it was pretty easy to find them. I will definitely try another one when visiting other places.

Wizard of Oz experience Fort Worth, Texas

2024-05-25

Loved it. All 6 of us had a blast! We learned new things about our city of Fort Worth because we were walking around. Each one of us had a job, navigator, tour guard, safety patrol (as we were so engrossed in our phones, we almost walked into the street with cars coming. lol), etc. The puzzles varied from super easy to more challenging, but we only had to get a hint on 2/15, as we worked together to solve each puzzle. I loved having the game in sink with all our phones. I plan to do more this app events in Savannah,GA this summer. Thank you!

Fun and interesting activity!

2024-04-27

I’ve used this app to tour Rotterdam, The Netherlands and also walking all around San Francisco. It was a great way for me to explore a city on my own while learning about the history and seeing sights I wouldn’t normally notice. I enjoyed the format, with a story and clues to solve. Some were harder than others, but I didn’t try to be the fastest. In my travels, I’ll keep an eye out for any this app available for my destination to do some independent exploring.

Fun for All

2024-05-04

We just completed the Oz Escape in Chicago. We enjoyed the walk and the puzzles. We learned more about the Wizard of Oz. My biggest joy was watching my eight year old granddaughter read the clues/puzzles and try to figure them out! It was fun to see other participants dressed up and participating in this event helped us notice somethings about the Lincoln Park area that we did not know. The only thing that would have made it better for our younger grandchildren was if there were decorations or actors dressed up like the characters, walking around and interacting.

Amazing local and tourist exploration app!!

2024-05-20

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app but this one inspired me to share the love! We downloaded the one for Lost Lovers in Montmartre and it was the most fun we’ve had in Europe so far! Got to explore a bunch of tourist locations as well as some local gems we definitely wouldn’t have found without Questo . Hoping to get a chance to explore Florence as well with Questo once we get there! Thank you this app and keep up the good work!

The Oz Escape in Louisville

2024-05-20

I loved this adventure! It was so much fun playing with my family and seeing the kids get excited when they got a clue correct. It was also nice getting out walking around a portion of the city and seeing sights I had not seen before. I will definitely go back to NuLu. I hope this adventure comes back to Louisville soon. Definitely a fun activity to do with family or friends.

Fun time

2024-04-27

We played The Wizard of Oz in Detroit and enjoyed walking around midtown and solving the puzzles. We even learned some new things about Oz that we didn’t know. The storyline was cute, the puzzles fun -not difficult except I had a hard time reading one puzzle due to my protective screen on my phone and the lighting. Loved seeing everyone dress up. Was an enjoyable way to spend some time with friends.

Get. This. App!!!

2024-04-27

We bought our first game through Groupon. Great marketing decision by Questo lol. We had a blast working our way through Central Park, exploring areas we had never been to before. The next day, we bought the game for Roosevelt Island. Another great day exploring an unknown place. We cannot wait to do games in New Orleans on our trip there! Hopefully there will be some games in South Florida soon so we can explore hidden gems where we live :-)

Wizard of Oz - great time!

2024-05-25

We did the Wizard of Oz game and it was a lot of fun! We were under the assumption there would be in person interactions with the theme but the entire game was exclusively on the phone. Think of it as a virtual scavenger hunt throughout the city with the content on your phone being the “escape from Oz” rather than it being an in person theme. Despite this misunderstanding, we really did have a blast and thought the game was well developed! We live in the city we played at and it was still really cool to explore the city in new ways! Definitely would play again!

Barcelona

2024-04-24

We did our second this app today in Barcelona. The first was in London as part of a class trip/assignment. Today we had time after a cruise before our flight out of Barcelona. It was a great way to see the city and learn about sites we wouldn’t have found on our own. The details in the game were fascinating. I highly recommend!!

Oz in Detroit

2024-05-04

We had a good time in Detroit. The place that was picked was beautiful. For being the 1st time, we thought we would be interacting more with the surrounding for answers. I guess more like a scavenger hunt. You get a clue to figure out the next answer was. Overall, it was a great experience. It took a lot of creativity to plan such a big event. Good job!!

Really fun exploration games!!

2024-05-04

We have done several games in several cities (Sacramento, San Francisco, and Boston) The stories are fun and engaging. The “did you knows” are informative and relevant to the places you are lead to for clues and the puzzles are just hard enough to keep you engaged. this app games are a fun way to explore new or not so new places! Highly recommended!

Fun Adventure Game

2024-10-08

I'd never heard of this app before I saw ads for the Wizard of Oz escape room event. We just tried it out today and it was a lot of fun. We weren't sure what to expect, but it was nice that everything was contained within Questo . We did wish that it incorporated our surroundings more than just being physical locations to go to, but I found some other games for my city that do appear to be specific to the locations. The Oz game gave us more insights into the world of Oz and the challenges and puzzles were fun to solve. I'm excited to try some other games and learn more about my city!

Sanford OZ

2024-05-25

I wanted to try this game because it was a change of pace. Didn’t really know what to expect & it turned out to be a lot of fun. We got to learn some cool information about OZ that we weren’t familiar with so that was fun. The game was fun too. And getting to know & wonder Sanford was also very cool. The game was easy enough for kids to understand and challenging enough to have us scratching our heads at times. Overall we will definitely do another game! Thanks for the adventure

The Oz Escape in Detroit

2024-04-24

My family and I had so much fun. The location was perfect. I loved everyone’s costumes. We met a lot of awesome people who were also participating. Unfortunately it was a little difficult for everyone to find parking. However, we can’t wait to do it again when the weather warms up.

Escape From OZ

2024-05-25

With every chance to spend time with my grown up son, we both enjoyed the OZ Escape in Tucson. As we share the last name of Osborn and go by the moniker OZ both in the Army and publicly with our friends and family, we all have always enjoyed The Wizard of Oz and I being The Great and All Powerful OZ have never stop loving the OZ stories. Thank to my girl Ally who found this and always looks for fun and eclectic ways for my son and I to connect together. What a fun experience!

Sad Souls

2027-07-27

The directions were great, easy to follow! The clues were relatively easy compared to other this app games- which was great! The people who played with me were very much into seeing the park and not being stressed. One of the better this app games I have played. Thank you

Fun way to sightsee!

2024-06-06

I’ve used Questo both locally and abroad and had a good experience each time. The navigation works well, the solution input isn’t glitchy - it’s worked well for me. I also enjoy the original stories built into the games. So far I’ve only done family level games, so I look forward to trying more with higher difficulty. It’s great to know this app is an option to make sightseeing a bit more engaging in new places!

Works well and very fun!

2027-09-23

Had a really great time exploring new parts of my city I otherwise would never have known to go to! The storyline was fun, Questo worked perfectly, and we got to see such beautiful places and landmarks. Highly recommend it for both tourists and residents alike!

Pretty fun scavenger hunt and 2x's the education!

2027-10-27

We did the Phoenix, AZ Wizard of Oz this app game and not only did we learn new things about the city of Phoenix downtown, but we also learn new things about Wizard of Oz that we did not previously know, even though we thought we were big fans! Some of the answers to the clues seemed too basic for example, one of the answers was tree, and we thought we had to name the type of tree and so we got stuck at some places for too long because we may have over thought it or the creator under thought it not sure. There was also one of the clues that was very difficult to read in the bright sunlight in the middle of the day, and no matter which angle we turned our phones we could not get it. So we felt there should have been an easier way, or less elongated letters for us to read and understand the clue. last thing I will say is in giving directions as to where to go for the next clue it kept bringing us out to main avenues that seemed quite unnecessary. Other than that, I do recommend this app games! I look forward to the next city outside of my home, on vacation to possibly explore and do another escape room/scavenger hunt. Last but not at least they have very good customer service and they do respond quickly to emails and questions.

Adorable

2027-11-25

My girlfriend and I LOVED this. We did the Sacramento game and it was super fun getting to know the city for the first time. Will definitely try this again at a different location we haven't been to.

Balboa park

2027-12-27

We tried the balboa park quest for our date night and it was a lot of fun! Cool to learn history and facts about the city we’ve lived in for the last 5+ years. Riddles were varied in terms of difficulty, but fun to search for things and crack the codes.

Great fun

Had a blast with the teenagers on a Vampires vs. Zombies quest through the city. Great family activity with the adults as the zombies and the teens as the vampires. It’s hard to find things for those older than 13, but not quite 18, and this was PERFECT blend where all ages had fun.

Enjoy the app

I have done a few different Questos, including Bucharest, Luxembourg, and Munich. While some are better than others, I have enjoyed all of them and think that the experience helps to understand a new city. Recommended.

The best way to see a new city

We have done the games in both Geneva and Rotterdam and had an amazing time. It’s such a great way to be exposed to hidden parts of cities and learn along the way. And you can’t beat the value. Highly recommend for folks who want to try something different and less touristy.

Wizard of Oz Game

Totally worth there time and money. So much fun! Gets you out of the house and exploring the city. It was exciting to see everyone in costumes, joining in. Felt like a secret club of people looking for clues in real time. Worth it 😃

Fun in Austin

We did the romantic after dark in Austin game. We went in the afternoon and really enjoyed the sightseeing and the hike. It was a fun way to explore the park. We may have missed some interesting spots if we had explored on our own. I will definitely download games in other cities in the future!

This business has horrible customer service they stole my money and never was able to actually have the services I paid for and nobody will issue refund just tell me “look for future events in area” when there aren’t any soon or nearby. They are stealing and robbing people by booking things 16 months in advance with no support or help when life happens. GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK WHEN A SERVICE ISNT PROVIDED!

Disappointing. Advertising was misleading. Price too high for what it is.
